Went in to pick up a mobile order and was utterly ignored. Actively ignored in fact. I saw staff look at me, see I was waiting and turn there back. When I asked if anyone was working the front desk I was still ignored. I asked a second time and was met by aggression from a team member. I do not recommend this location!!!!

This hispanic girl named Mercy I believe, is the worst customer service staff I ever encountered. The only reason I go there is because my daughter’ school is close. She doesn’t even let you finish your order and she is sending you to the next window, then she complains when you don’t give her the coupon at the beginning when it’s not my fault because it is the McDonald’s app that always has glitches. She sounds like she is yelling at you. Management have to do something about it because clients don’t need this attitude, we pay for this service, and if this continues to happen, get no surprise that this Mc Donald’s will get out of business.

Bel Pre Rd McDonalds never got rid of that triangle gutter. There is no way for any driver to see or know that it is there. Do they know how many cars have hit that thing? Please there must be a way to keep drivers from running over it. At least know that there is something there? A pole maybe?
