My boyfriend ordered it as a surprise to turn out I cannot eat any of it due to being vegetarian, despite him making sure all of the food did not have meat on it. When we called to see if we can have it corrected they said they never got our order. Never ordering again, really bad service.

My fiance and I ordered a supreme pizza with extra cheese tonight in Williamsburg. When we got it home and we ate our pizza, it was the best pizza we have had in a very long time. Thank you to all the employees that helped us and fixed our pizza this evening.

Did not receive my pizza, driver said to manager that they took it to the wrong hotel and gave it to the wrong person. In the delivery details online, I stated which hotel and room number along with instructions for contactless delivery to leave pizza at door, so the driver wouldn’t have been able to give the pizza to the wrong person, there were instructions to not contact the customer. Anyways, I called the other hotel (only 2 in town, opposite sides of the store) asked for corresponding room number to mine and was told that room was not sold yet. So the driver didn’t contact anybody, they just blatantly did not bring me my pizza, either they gave it to their friends, kept it to themselves or tossed it out the window because they felt entitled to more than a 15% tip. Who knows! What I do know, is that it was thievery and the driver needs to be reprimanded or cited for it.

Told me my wings would be ready at 9:10, showed up at 9:10. Waited at the window for about 15 minutes until they told me to pull around to the front. Said they were in the deep fryer. Waited another 20 minutes and then called them. On the phone they said they were in the deep fryer. Waited another 10, they finally got my wings but didn’t get the ranch that I asked for. Started eating and realized my wings were not the flavor that I ordered. There were no cars in line during this time and almost nobody inside the store. This store usually isn’t a problem for me but this time they either lied to me about my wings being in the fryer, or they kept them in for 30 minutes. The food was still good, just wish I had showed up at 9:50 instead of 9:10.
