Didn’t seem running efficiently…. Too much priority to the drive through at one point there was no more cars in the Drive-Thru but 4-5 customers still waiting almost a half an hour after food was ordered … I even saw a customer come in last and got serve first and he was in and out of the store within 3 minutes … There was another customer who never even ordered where the worker came around the counter and gave him food without paying … It was very clear to see that they were a friend of the worker … Unbelievable … The food was great even though my order was wrong but the service was absolutely horrible, the cashier was walking away from the register after every order was placed which caused delays just to place your order.

When I got there they were out of every side except the mac and cheese (which I was charged extra for) only to open the container and see that not even half of the container was filled. The food was still delicious I just wish I could have received what I wanted or at least got what I paid for

Popeye’s like all other fast food restaurants are understaffed as the corporations try to minimize workers hours while they raise prices. That mean poorly trained ill mannered teenagers running the place. Most of the time you have to wait until someone comes on drive thru mic and then you have to pull up out the way for food.

7th floor is no more Q
Seems to be a clean restaurant. BUT service is terrible. Cashier talked so softly could not hear her also when I had to ask what she said her and her staff laughed at us as if it was out fault. honestly I believe she was high. She moved so slow and nearly fell over. I noticed my service was sub par to people of a different color. Order was wrong also. No racism just 100% pure honesty
