If you want a bread sandwich go to a Firehouse subs. I understand prices have gone up but you can raise the price and give less than what you used to. I ordered a medium New York steamer and I got a New York bread sandwich. I am NOT by any means blaming the the poor employees. I am blaming corporate greed. Two little slices of corned beef pastrami for $10 dollars. If I wanted bread I could have gone to a bakery!

We ordered online for pickup when I arrived the order was not completed due to product shortage (understandable, it happens). I was asked if it was something else that I would like instead unfortunately there wasn’t. They asked if I would like to cancel the order for a refund. I agreed to cancel the order. Coincidentally the money was never returned to my account. I reached out to corporate left messages. This particular location will not answer the phone. And we’ll always say the person you need to talk to is not here. I ended up disputing a charge with my Bank in order to get my money back. I recommend if you want to eat something from Firehouse which they have great food I recommend going into the store rather than placing orders online.

The last two times I have been here the wait times have been absolutely horrible. I can’t come here anymore if I need a quick lunch, and that’s sad because I love firehouse subs and have for a long time. Employees are good, seems like a management and staffing failure. Needs to properly staff the lunch rush.

Not very busy at all for noon on a Monday; about 3 other customers and us. We waited 25 minutes for two sandwiches. Staff was exceptionally slow (grass grows faster). Order was inaccurate. Floor was dirty. No paper towels in the restroom. 80% of drink selections in drink machine were unavailable.

This is probably the worst Firehouse location I’ve ever been to. There were 3 employees and about 5 customers why are we still waiting 15 mins for a sandwich that barely has any meat. It was like they just slapped it together. I know times are hard and it’s hard to find good workers but that’s when you get in there and do it yourself!

Worst fire house sandwich I have ever recieved. The brisket was four big chewy slabs of sauced meat that were not even cut. Didn’t put any other topings on it that were requested, it was an absolutely terrible sandwich. Very poor quality control here. Go eat somewhere else.

This Firehouse has been declining for quite some time. This is the third time I have come in with significant issues apparent. The ice machine is still out of order; the only bottled beverage available is water; the chip rack was almost empty, having only baked Lays, Jalapeño, and Cheddar Sun Chips, service was very friendly but slow (took 20m to get food); meat was 3-4 inches from edge of sandwich, indicating being shorted.

I went there last week. It was completely empty. The woman behind the counter took her time making her way over to take my order. After I placed my order, I went to get something from a store a few doors down. It took about ten minutes. When I got back I sat for another 20 minutes. Only to find out they forgot about my order. No apology from the woman behind the counter. I’ll just have to go to newport news.

Very slow, sandwich poorl made, staff talking and horse playing on duty, soda machine had no ice and soda was warm. Definitely a health code violation for them to be serving the soda like that. I will not be back
