New and busy. Staff working there butts off, but had good attitudes. Manager noticed a high number of people waiting for orders and came out to apologize and hand out free Shake coupons. We all understood everyone was doing there best. I will be back to try other sandwiches.

Online ordering is always a mess, because something seems to be amiss every time, which is frustrating. I also find it humiliating to show proof of pay when telling the associate the name for an order placed and paid for through their app. Attempted to voice my feedback to whoever appeared to be in charge, although he didn’t bother identifying himself, only to be told they “must make sure their food doesn’t get stolen”, which according to them is constantly happening. Validating to my face that they do in fact assume, I am a criminal when I pick up my pre-paid sandwich. It’s unfortunate that they are so stern about their u dignifying service practices, especially to PoC and their tone death approach when they could have simply said “sorry, we made you feel this way and we’ll consider exploring other verification methods. Please, come see us again.” Food, when ordered in restaurant, is good and regular employees are all nice.
