They cancelled our order TWICE tonight because “the restaurants aren’t open”. We called Sitar and Surin and — SURPRISE — they were still open. All we got out of it was a $5 credit and ~$80 frozen on our credit card for the next 3-5 business days

Terrible experience. Multiple orders placed and then cancelled, with the blame put on the restaurant for being closed. I contacted the restaurants and they were open. Don’t blame the restaurants for your screwups, ICD!
