I had an order of 3 blizzards and all 3 were incorrect. I ended up having to go back not once but twice to get the correct ones. When I called them the person who answered did not address themself. This shouldn’t discourage others from going here as I’ve had good experiences in the past. However their staff needs more training and a less stressful work environment. They should be reading the orders off as they hand them out.

The burgers here are horrendous. The saltiest greasiest price of low grade ground meat I’ve ever had. I was starving and still could t finish it. The fries were over cooked as well. Not worth $11 for a small cheap meal that would be much better and cheaper at McDonald’s.

I ordered the brownie Oreo cookie cupsation before and it comes with chocolate syrup which I didn’t care for so when I ordered it again ,I asked if they could substitute it for the hot fudge. The girl taking the order kindly said yes but whoever made it put two small drops in it. The guy who gave me my order was rude. Usually I’m met with a hello and have a good day/night but this kid basically was just brushing me off. He turned away and didn’t even give me my receipt. I didn’t notice how my ice cream was made till I got home. Was very disappointed. It was basically just vanilla ice cream with brownies thrown on top and hardly any Oreo cookies with a couple drops of hot fudge.

Was very impressed with this place. There was a sign that indicated that staff was new so be patient. However, the staff of teenagers were had working and provided excellent service. They were friendly and very professional. The restaurant was clean and the food was good.
