Crème Brûlée had a perfectly crusted top layer that is crystallized to the best; they even do it right in front of you to add a layer of extra service. The portion amount was on the larger side as well, so you get real value for your money.

I went to the Anaheim Packing District again after a while and this is one place I haven’t tried before. I got some macarons, Nutella cruffin and Maple croissant. I am happy about the flavors of the Nutella cruffin and Maple croissant was buttery and sweet. The macarons are just so-so though. Overall, the pastries that I had were yummy. I will have to try the other stuff next time. This place is worth a try for sure.

Nice place to eat some dessert, was looking forward to the crepes but they where 15 minutes wait?!?!? So I went with the “La Tarte aux fruits” and it was delicious, the sweetness was on spot. Prices are good. Personnel is very friendly and full of energy.

First time at the Packing District and I loved it! I came here with my college friends for our first outing and it did not disappoint! The crème brûlée was torched right in front of us which was a really cool experience!

Le parfait paris desserts are both pretty and delicious, plus they have fun seasonal choices. Their macarons are humongous, pistachio is my favorite. Go early cause at the end of the day, they do sell out!

Had a really great customer service experience and there was so many options to pick from! Ended up ordering quite a lot of bakery goods, which was all packaged nicely. The pictures are definitely gram worthy.

Absolutely AWFUL “service”. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. First of all, there is no way to contact the store to get information or to check the availability of items before purchasing. Their phone number just leads to an automated message, which makes no sense because the workers are just standing there. I ordered a croissant online, entered my contact info, and received a confirmation email for the order, only to drive there and find out the item wasn’t available. I provided my phone number and email for the order – they couldn’t let me know it wasn’t available before I wasted my time and gas? What’s the point of giving your contact info if they don’t use it? Once I got there, the lady at the register immediately told me it wasn’t available (literally like she was waiting for me). I then told her to cancel the order, which she should have done right after they received the order. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have cancelled it earlier knowing it wasn’t available. She also gave me a smirk and some attitude before I left. Don’t work in the food service industry if you don’t care about the customers. Why are customers able to purchase an item online if it’s not available? Shouldn’t it say that online? At least have your phone available for people to call and confirm. Terrible experience and do not want to go again – no food/drink is worth that. Fix your website, get a phone that works, and hire employees that care. Simple. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t know how this place stays open.

Le Parfait had wonderful customer service and were very patient while we made our selections from a variety of tasty options. We ultimately decided to share the Le San Daniele Croissant and Turkey Club Sandwich to save room for a savory treat. Lavender and Honey are my favorite flavor combinations so I was excited to treat myself to an Iced Latte. All delicious!

This place !!! Horrible management. If I could I would give this place 0 stars!!! Lady that manages the establishment is lazy and rude. I’m hoping no one visiting the Packing Districts Le Parfait Paris for the first time, never has to have the experience that me and my family have been through. Singled out, and was told me and my family could not eat on there patio seating because we did not purchase there food. Even though I did show the manager that we purchased food and drinks from there establishment. Her response is that we had to leave, with no further explanation as to why. Manager never said anything to the other guest eating foods from other restaurants and drinking alcohol beverages on there patio seating.
