I ordered a mobile order and still had to wait over 10 minutes. I asked for lettuce and received no bun. I also didn’t have napkins and straws and one of the employees had an attitude about it. Very poor experience today. Did I mention that the lettuce was wet.

Our food was hot & fresh. We had nuggets & fries. The customer service was great as well. Oh… we did however have to pull up & wait for a few minutes til they bought our food to the car.

We pull up and the woman at the speaker says they can’t take orders for 10 more minutes. We tell her we have a mobile order, she says she can’t do anything because the system is rebooting. We pull into a parking spot and sit for 10 minutes. We notice the woman and a man (looked like a cook) were just standing outside talking and every time someone would pull up she would would tell them the same thing. We pull back into the drive thru after the 10 minutes, she says she still can’t do anything. That’s when I told me fiancé to ask for her name, she told us her name and then sounded worried and told us if we would just give her 5 more minutes she could help us. After waiting 15 minutes total we were able to finally get our food. The service here is always bad, the staff is rude and they all act like they hate being there. This was just beyond frustrating, I had just finished fasting for 24 hours and was starving, they were out of cookies too, maybe while they were standing outside waiting on the system to reboot they could have made some more.

Ordered a #9 combo which is the ghost pepper chicken sandwich, was asked if I wanted the hot one. Really?? Pitiful piece of lettuce, barely any sauce, very dry. For almost 11 dollars I expected better. Had this at the Wendy’s in Commerce, GA last Sunday and it and the service there was awesome

The food was great but the drink machine in the dining room was low on syrup so I had to ask the man behind the counter for my drink. Instead of taking my cup and filling it he gave me a fresh drink. They also got my food to me in good time.

Chicken was dry n stake. It seemed old like it’s been sitting there awhile. Wasn’t warm at all. N I didn’t get the cheese I asked for that cost $0.60. The extra Mustard was thrown on the side of the burger. Cold hardly any onions or lettuce. Just not a good hot sandwich.

I walk up to the dining room and the doors are locked but I see customers sitting inside so I walk to the other door since the sign says dining room open. Locked as well and The woman working points outside and just shouts from behind the counter “drive thru”, doesn’t even bother to walk up to the door. So I politely pointed to the sign saying dining room open. Since I work in a restaurant as well, I would want my customers to tell me a sign outside was misleading. As I walk to my car she says rudely from the drive thru window ”HEY I’m trying to run the store with two people” and I responded NICELY telking her about the sign taped outside. She repeats herself rudely again and I said “I was just telling you bc it might confuse someone”, and as I’m talking she shuts the window on me. This place is trashy and the people are rude. Put a Chick-fil-A there geez.

After having no luck with my mobile order across the street at BK, I decided to do wendy’s. Went smooth but my food had onions and pickles on it that I didn’t want. Mistakes happen…. the employees fixed my sandwiches and hooked me up with a free coke (to get the onion taste out of my mouth) …. so they still deserve the 5* because they fixed it with no question asked. And FYI, the burgers I didn’t eat did not goto waste. See my pics 🙂

I’m going to need you to do better Wendy’s!!! My family went through the drive thru; I myself ordered just a 4 for $4…. The sauce that I wanted for my nuggets is actually the sauce that comes on the chicken wraps which is a roasted honey mustard because it’s so delicious!!! The young man that took our order and the young lady at the window were both very polite but whoever is cooking…..shame on you!!! The picture shows the exact amount of honey mustard I was given and the nuggets were actually very old!!!
