I usually go to Starbucks but since I work at McDonald’s across the street I decided to go. The service was great, they knowledge me right away. There was only 2 girls working, the newer girl was taking my order and she didn’t know how to make all of the food. She gave me the options of what she did know how to make. I choose from her list and she did great. As someone who works in the food service industry, I give her credit and respect her honesty and how respectful she was. I ordered the new Strawberry Rockstar Energy Punch. It was okay but way too sweet for my liking. For being cheaper than Starbucks. I will definitely be going there again.

So we came to the Wisconsin Rapids Dunkin Donuts. Went through the drive throughout. No one answered the drive through. We drove to the window. The person at the window had NO IDEA what to do. She stated I cannot put it in. She asked us to drive back through and wait in line again. We said no please just put in the order. She asked us to pull into the front and she will bring it out. No one ever came out. Waited and waited, no one. Went in and no one was working on the order. The easy solution was for someone to answer the order speaker. It truly amazes me that people cannot problem solve.

Always great coffee and donuts!! We entered the store, four girls working there on a Saturday morning and not one of them greeted us. After being there a couple of minutes and their backs all to us, we said “good morning”!! Would be nice to have a greeting and a smile when you walk in

The staff here is always extremely friendly, and the products themselves are great. What keeps them at three stars for me is the unevenness in the quality of their service. Some visits are amazing–fast, perfect order, great service. Other visits, like today, I had to wait over five minutes while others were served and on their way. When I did get my order, it was wrong and I had to take it back into the store for correction. They did drop everything to correct my order. Perhaps they were training new employees, because there were five folks working, but it didn’t appear that they knew how to work efficiently as a team. I have hope for better visits in the future.
