Ate at this place last night and man was it good. Best Mexican food I have tasted in a while. The staff was friendly, service was super fast. Food was delicious. If love Mexican quality seasoning food this is the place for you. I see I will be a regular. I have told all my family and friends! Oh yes and bring your appetite because there is a lot of food! The music I love it! Had me dancing in my seat! The drinks are on point had me a little tipsy(hahaha). But on a serious not check out Los Panchos Short Pump you will not be disappointed! Thank you guys for your superb service and quality food. I’ll see you next week!

Absolutely fantastic. We had lunch outside of “normal” restaurant busy times so the place wasn’t packed. Hard to get a feel for the natural atmosphere when you’re there outside the rush, but all in all it was quite pleasant. The house salsa and cjips were great, the Cilantro was not overpowering (which I’ve found to be an issue at many places.) I got the beef tips burrito, and man!!! I gotta say it was amazing. Topped with queso on half and enchilada side on the other half, the tips were cooked perfectly and the balance of beef with other ingredients was on point. The jumbo margarita on the rocks was One of the best I’ve had in the Richmond area and the waiter must have kept a great eye on us because he perfectly balanced checking on us without it being too much. 2 thumbs up from all in our party.

Stopped in for an early dinner. Great atmosphere, prompt service, and very tasty food! The carnitas plate was extremely delicious! This is a small thing, but very meaningful to me, the manager came by and checked on us. That’s how it should be. Will definitely go again!

The food was AMAZING! They made fresh guacamole at the table that was creamy and delicious. The rice was so fluffy and moist. Everything was fresh and delicious. Seriously, no complaints. Being from Arizona, it’s hard to find a good Mexican restaurant. This is by far my favorite place!

This is now my go to for mexican food around short pump. Have been there three times and ordered a variety of items all of which have been excellent so far. All 3 times so far the Chips have always tasted fresh and the refried beans have hands down been the best I’ve had in the short pump area. Servicr all three times has also been attentive and quick. Some of the menu items can be a little pricier compared to other Mexican restuarants nearby but so far those items have been great and proved to still be a good value. I also think it’s worth pointing out that their menu does have some items that are a little more unique when compared to other mexican restuarants in the area.

My husband was just here while working out of town and the food was kind of halfway OK, and by that I mean that the rice was rice, and the beans were beans, there’s not much that you could do to mess that up. The portions are so small yet the prices are so high. Furthermore, the menu advertises one cut of steak, but once you order, they bring you a cheaper cut and I can’t stress enough how small their portions are. When it was brought up, the staff that was on site was very unhelpful, dismissive, and oh so arrogant.
