PLACE WAS AMAZING AF!!!!!!! If I could give it more stores I most certainly would. Everything came out hot and fast! We started with the spinach artichoke dip and I have to say that has to be the best I’ve had! The brisket and got burrito was plated beautifully and had so much flavor. The stuffed jalapeño burger was juicy and balanced…not too much spice. Drinks were great…Service was great! I couldn’t ask for a better dinner service. Definitely will be back

We always stop in Amerisports before we lose our money at Ameristar. The highlight of our trip is hands down the restaurant. The waitstaff is always polite and service is generally very fast. There are times you can tell they are short-staffed, but they are moving even faster and still super friendly. The food is typical chain style food we really enjoy the atmosphere and the friendly staff.

The appetizer plates were not cleaned very well and had food remnants left on the edges of the plates. Over priced, and quality was not good. I had a baked potato over crinkle cut fries and it was not as soft or hot as it should be. Brisket quesadillas were also not good. The buffalo chicken sandwich was giant and pretty decent. The giant soft pretzels were good, the queso served with it was not. Service was good, waitresses were very attractive, I mean attentive.

Me & my wife were too full for a meal so we stopped in and had a couple appetizers. The artichoke dip was delicious and the cheese curds were average. Our server didn’t really act like he wanted to help us. There wasn’t any silverware or napkins and had to ask the next time he came by. Food- 4/5 Service- 2/5

We arrived 4/22/23 at 8:25 pm. We asked for a booth. (My husband has a bad back, along with other health issues, the chairs are not comfortable for him). The hostess proceeded to tell us that the waitress that has the open booths has a large party and couldn’t wait on us. We asked if a different waitress could take the booth and she told us no. When we explained about my husbands bad back, she said hmmm, no. So feeling discriminated against because of my husband’s disability we had no choice but to leave. This has never happened to us before and very upsetting to say the least.Sadly, no accommodations for people with disabilities.

Very disappointed! Everything started out well, Sarah our waitress was very nice. I order the Jalapeño Stuffed Burger and a soda. The burger came out looking delicious. Took a bite of it and found they had not removed the paper from one of the hamburger patties. Called our waitress over and sent it back. Second burger came out with an apology from our waitress, even though the manger was told, I never heard anything from them. The burger was really good. Finished our meal and asked for our tickets. She brought our tickets and took a long time to come back and get the payments. Once she took our payments she took at least 15 minutes to process it. While she continued to wait on the table next to us and several others she left our credit cards (more than one ticket at our table) sitting on an open counter unattended. I know this because I got up and walked over to the counter to see if they were ours. I could have easily taken them and she would have never known. Finally she brought them back and we finalized the bill. The management never apologized nor was any compensation, even small made to my bill.

Couldn’t tell you how the drinks and food was since after we were seated we waited 15 minutes before walking out. Had at least 2 waitresses walk past the table twice without acknowledge ment. Otherwise they were too busy chatting with each other. There is no excuse for this poor of service with the amount of help they had and not a busy time of day, Tuesday evening 7:00. Only giving one star so it will post.
