Never had an issue with this location, but arrived 25-30 min before closing. The 3 young folks were already 3/4 closed up and looked ready to walk out the door. Ordered and received a cup of ice with a very small amount of syrup(just enough to cover the top 1/4 of the cup. The entire bottom 3/4 cup plain shaved ice. Highly disappointed as this has never happened in the past. May just drive further to the West Columbia location from now on.
