We got the 20 fill up box. It had delicious fries hot and tasty. I had a piece of original dark meat that was tasty too.i had to zap the biscuits in the microwave for 10 seconds to softened them up but they were good too.

There was a long line, and as we waited patiently to make our order, the lady wouldn’t let us speak. We ordered 4 12 PC nugget meals. First, we got told they came with fries on our side. Once we got the food, there were no fries… so we asked, and she said oh, u can order them if u want them…. we didn’t want to reorder in front of the line that was to the door!! The food was not the best tasting. The nuggets were cold and undercooked. We are never going back again!

Drive thru took 10 minutes, lady taking our order had us repeat ourselves 3 times just to put down the wrong order. Mac and Cheese bowls barely had any Mac and Cheese in it, mostly chicken and shredded cheese. Then when I asked why there was barely Mac and cheese in it they acted like it’s always been that way WHEN I KNOW FOR A FACT, the bowls used to be FULL of Mac an Cheese

I think I’m done ordering KFC, had a group door dash order, I called and asked for plates n extra forks n spoons, they did not send any. This is not the first time they have messed up my order or not included things I asked for and they agreed to send, very frustrating n unprofessional!

I ordered inside. Waited over 45 minutes on my food. Realized 2 people who ordered after got their food first. I went up to the counter complained and showed my receipt. They acted like they had no idea about my order. They said well get that ready for you. I checked before I left, they screwed my sides up. I reported this online, and I got no response from corporate or the store in Meadville.

I have constant issues with this place. The online order pick up is a bigger pain here than anywhere els I’ve been. I was told in the drive through to pull up to the patio where I sat for 20 minutes before going in and told I had to come in and pick it up from a shelf inside. Why not just give me my order in the drive through like every where els? Why wasnt i told i had to come in? On top of that I wasn’t given a few things I ordered, wich is not a new problem from this KFC. I would give it one star but the food is still good.
