LOVE this place! both times I’ve went have been fantastic. I love the atmosphere, the food, and the MARGS Luke was very friendly and appears to truly care about your experience. pictured: beef nachos, shrimp tacos (highly recommend), and watermelon jalapeño margarita.

We decided to go out for dinner that night and try a new place rusty talk over all who’s not overcrowded and was very clean. But definitely needs More of the actual texmex touch. We ordered 2 tacos the tortillas definitely we’re cold. We ordered 2 tacos and an order of nachos and it came out to be about $30 with chips and salsa. Which seems a little steep.

Nice service and the vibe was pretty cool. guess I’d just say the food didn’t fit my taste personally. Looked nice though

Waited over 30 minutes for cold nachos and tacos even though the restaurant is completely empty… the worker said sorry we made everything fresh… if it’s fresh why is it cold?

Wanted to try something new, so stopped here. The atmosphere was nice, but the service and food was not.

Where to begin. A new place we were wanting to try. Should have read the reviews first. Confusing when you walk in, go to where the sign says to order and no one’s there. Finally the lady from the bar area comes over and takes our order we get a tray with our chips and go sit at the bar. The wait wasn’t long probably because the food was cold. My brisket taco was good but cold. The order my boyfriend got 2 tacos when he ordered one. His was also cold. The cheese unfortunately was something neither one of us could swallow. The bartender never came to ask how it was. There were dirty glasses everywhere. Food on the floor, no lids for the cups, spilled pop by the drinks area. If you knew the bartender she was friendly otherwise nothing. All in all we will not go back, nor will we recommend it to anyone.

One thing I can say is that the service was awesome. Very friendly servers in there. Fairly clean too. But, the tacos are disgusting. When you can’t get you’re selling point right, somethings wrong. The tortillas had a weird texture. Almost like rubber, and crumbled like stale Graham crackers in your mouth. Chicken and peppers were poorly seasoned. Barely any flavor. Their house hot sauce was okay. I am making this review while destroying a toilet, so the day after I ate there. I’m not doing so hot. Can’t say I’ll be back.

Been three times now. Love the cauli taco and it’s the only reason I go back but boy o boy is this place mismanaged. The place is staffed to the brim but the kids running the show pay no attention to their customers, either on their phones or chatting each other up. Clueless about the menu and a complete lack of courtesy from front of the house display. The bartenders are friendly enough but the two times I got an alcoholic beverage I had to bring it up to the bartender that I was still waiting on my margarita to which they looked annoyed. The way the food comes out and the timing has always been inconsistent. Sometimes we get our tacos before our chips which is like the easiest thing in the world to not screw up at a Mexi place. If Rusty corporate cares about their brand, fire the manager and clean house because if this is what your staff looks like on the weekend I gotta presume the week is somehow even worse. I’m not surprised the recent reviews are scathing because it’s the reality.

First time trying Rusty Taco. Two of us got two tacos each plus a side of salsa and a side of queso, a beer and a margarita. We got our tacos but no sides. I had to go ask for it and ended up with a cup of salsa, a cup of guacamole, and a cup of queso and a single basket of chips. The tacos were ok, the salsa was really good but the queso was fair at best. The margarita had some different flavor that wasn’t that great. The price was kind of steep for the quality and quantity of food. The employ working the counter was not customer oriented. They didn’t say more than five words at best. Overall, it should have been a better experience but not this time.
