Absolutely the best value for your pocket and flavor pallet. The service is efficient and friendly. The special, pho dac biet, is full of meat and perfectly seasoned broth. The place is usually packed, but the wait is rarely long. Service with smile, quick and friendly, and delicious pho keep their customers coming back.

I’m a big fan of pho and I like to try new places that offer it. I came across Pho Flavor, a new restaurant that claims to serve authentic northern style pho. I was curious to see how it tastes and how it differs from other pho places. The restaurant was modest and plain, with a relaxed vibe. I ordered the Special Pho Bac Dac Biet, which consisted of beef, meatballs, tripe, tendon and noodles in a clear broth. The dish arrived in a beautiful bowl with a lot of meat and noodles. It looked very appetizing and photo-worthy. It also came with a plate of bean sprouts, lime and jalapeños. I noticed a vase of basil leaves on the table, which I thought was just for show. I found out that I could use them for my pho and added some to my bowl. The broth was the highlight of the dish. It was fresh and flavorful, with a hint of spice and sweetness. The beef was tender and the meatballs were delicious. The noodles were silky and the tripe and tendon added some bite and chewiness. I devoured my pho and felt satisfied and warm. The service was friendly and efficient, and the price was reasonable for the quality and quantity. I was very impressed by Pho Flavor and I think it might be my new favorite place for pho! To top it off, they even let me take the basil and vase home and gave me instructions on how to grow it and told me about its nutritional benefits. That was a nice touch!

Pick and mix to create your own pho. South or North style brooth style. Nice gimmick with the stacked bowl.

Reasonable price for post pandemic and inflation. Service is standard, presentation is nice, and Pho Special, northen style, tastes good, but nothing to brag about. Likes the digital waiting list systems. It’s not like the old dated paper waiting list. It’s a long wait time due to small place . Overall, the place is OK to have a bowl of Pho but not a MUST have.

With many options of phở places in OC, I always prioritize the taste first. However, Pho Flavor exceeds my expectation with their warm services and decor. I can definitely see myself comeback with friends and family to enjoy some good ol Phở

It seems like the current trend in OC is northern style pho. Pho Flavor offer both northern and southern pho. Also, choice of wide or regular size vermicelli noodles.

First time here! It’s okay to me. The taste so so to me. They have two flavors northern Vietnam and southern Vietnam soup flavor and there are two kind of noodles the thin noodle and a little larger noodle. And also the vegetables are provided, urg, the sauce super little, I have to asked twice for the sauces, very troublesome.I had filet mignon and meatballs, the filet mignon are so thin that the meat are crumbled up.
