Wasn’t a freaky fast as other stores and workers still seemed a little stressed out over-worked. Sandwiches were works of art though. Probably the only fast food place I’ve ever been to where the sandwiches looked as good as the ones in the advertising!

Freaky slow. Literally the only customers here. Sitting here watching them make a 20 sandwich delivery order ahead of my one singular wrap. One person came in and ordered behind me and just got their sandwich before me. My wrap was abandoned on the counter to go take bread out of the oven while 2 other guys stood around. I used to work at JJ’s years ago and would have been fired for that pace of service.

Went to get takeout from this place around 4:00 p.m. Cashier had very long, thin, dirty blonde hair. Absolutely rude and gave us attitude the whole time we ordered our food. We were the only customer there at the time and they were not short staffed. While we waited at the pick up station, another guy comes in. Overheard her taking his order and she was so nice to him. Even asked him if he had a jimmy johns reward, which she didn’t bother for us. Have to mention that my partner and I are people of color but the guy after us was a Caucasian man, so you do the math. Looked at my receipt and it said cashier’s name was Corey, however, I believe that’s wrong. They weren’t wearing any name tags either.

I’m never ordering from this Jimmy John’s. One time they never brought my order , then the all of a sudden decide they’re not delivering to my area even though they’ve just delivered here last week. This was after I placed my order and it still hasn’t been canceled. And then didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience

I placed an online order for delivery and I waited an hour before calling, and reached a busy signal the first time. Tried again a few minutes later and the very young lady who answered told me it would be sent out right away. Another half hour went by, so I called again and reached the same young lady who seemed a bit flustered and was somewhat rude. She mistakenly told me that my order was placed an hour later than it was and again that it was on the way. It finally came 10 minutes later… the delivery address is less than 2 minutes away (I was immobile and on a very tight schedule, otherwise wouldn’t have had had it delivered). By the time my order came, I was unable to eat it because I had to leave for another job. More like Freaky Slow… Seems like a recurring problem according to other reviews, and it is the third time my order took over an hour to come – I was a somewhat regular if reluctant customer until now. Hopefully others will be spared the disappointment, it can be somewhat frustrating to be left hungry when you have a very busy day and a very limited window to eat. I’d recommend ordering from a more small/local and competent business instead if possible!

Placed a delivery order at 11:30am for ASAP knowing they would be busy. At 12:30pm I went and checked to front desk (ordered from a local business less than a mile away) and nothing was there. I waited until 1pm and went to check the front desk again. Magically my food appeared between 12:30 and 1pm but the driver just left the food at the desk in-front of the extension list and phone. I never received a call at my desk or on my cell (my cell number was on the receipt). This is not the first time I have had problems with this store. When I called to talk to a manager, he just made excuses how busy they were and the drivers had to take sssoooo many orders at one time. I didn’t complain it was late… I was mad that they didn’t give me a call on either number to let me know my food had arrived. This is the WORST JJs in the area.

We stopped here on our way to WI after a flight from WA. When I walked in to order, it appeared that there was only one person working. I asked if he was alone and he said yes. 2 people called in sick. There was a delivery person though. There were 5 people in front of me, and this young man (Daivonn) was smiling even though the phones were ringing off the hook and people waiting! Whoever is the manager of this store should promote him or for sure give this guy a raise! He could have been angry and acting like he didn’t want to be there. Instead, he was so pleasant! He needs to be appreciated for his excellent customer service and awesome sandwich making skills!

Food has always been great and delivery guy is always friendly however today I got my pop after the last order I had got messed up too and the pop was flat like they just changed it. The girl on the phone there said that is the way the pop is. So they never offered to bring out a different one or not charge next time or even say sorry. Very poor customer service by the person who answered the phone there. The delivery guy was great as usual though. He is the only reason this one got 3 stars.
