Customer service 5/5. Food quality….2/5. The gentleman who took my order was very kind and polite. Our curly fries were cold and tasted old. The buffalo chicken sandwich was too messy to even get 2 whole bites off of before giving up because sauce was just getting everywhere and it was hard to get a bite of the chicken. The turnovers seemed undercooked as well. They looked a little doughy still. Great customer service though!

I have always enjoyed going to Andover Arby’s. I have been several times and have always had the best of customer service and my order has always been hot and correct. My friend and I went to Arby’s today an was wanting the pecan chicken salad and it has been discontinued but Kim had let us know where we could go to get it. That was very nice but we chose to stay. I had a French dip (my favorite) and my friend had the Wagyu Sandwich (she said it was good). Kim, the General Manager is very nice and went above and beyond. It was nice talking to her today.

Waited for 30 minutes before we left without eating. This place was a JOKE!!! They had a stack of sandwiches just sitting there and wouldn’t serve people. IF I knew how to take away that one star I would! Also the women’s bathroom was filthy.

We ordered 2 of the Waygu burger combos, completely inedible, burger was bright red in the middle and fries were cold. $28 for it to go in the trash. Horrible!

Just whipped through the drive-thru, but the lady that took my order has taken it on several occasions and is always pleasant when she speaks. Does her Arby’s spill about trying their current special and add-ons (which I understand is her job) and when I decline she swiftly moves on to what I want.

One of the better Arby’s I’ve ever been to. I enjoyed their combos. I got the French dip my wife got the Classic Roast Beef everything was fresh to order. And they get the three C’s of great diners and dives. They had cleanliness going on, awesome customer service and last but not least good old cost-effectiveness.
