Attitudes in there are horrible. Grease is old as hell. Dude preparing the food is high as hell and don’t know which way is up! Payed 67$ and walked out without a lid for my drink because they’re waiting on Amazon, and burnt onion crispy. I get they’re supposed to be crispy but not burnt to a crisp and they taste like fish

I don’t know sometimes I go there and I get a lot of food and it be really good then sometimes I go there and there’s a little bit of food still taste good but the the portions change I guess bias to cook or I don’t understand what it is but I feel if it’s going to be one way it should stay that way cuz the prices aren’t that low and it shouldn’t change in burial in a variety like what type of food it is cuz I got the brisket before and it was a lot this time it was barely enough to make a sandwich so that’s my issue there other than that usually be a real awesome time

The service is horrible. Wherever do I start, from the moment you enter and no one greets you. Then there are so many different food posters all over the counter and walls with completely different prices for everything. I went in on 4/29/23. I ordered two rib plates and a loaded baked potato. They proceeded to tell me they were short on pork ribs but could give me beef instead, so I said okay. Then the other young lady asked for my sides. I told her 3 times she kept asking like she would forget after a few seconds. Before she could make my food she asked me to pay so I said okay. After being charged the full price for everything, even though they were short on the ribs I ordered, then paying my full balance with still no food. She proceeded to tell me that they were out of the sides of the sides I wanted. She didn’t say we could make more. It would take a few minutes, nothing she was like, we were out. I then asked her why she would let me pay if you knew you were out? She just looked at me with no answer. I then proceeded to ask for a refund, and she didn’t know how to give a refund she had to call someone else on the phone. Then I realized their were two other people waiting for a refund because they messed up their orders also. Their was also a doordash guy waiting for someone’s order that they didn’t have they let them place the order online, and they didn’t have the food they ordered. Just bad customer service all over, the staff are not trained properly. I work in the medical field and was late to work, trying to wait for a refund that still has not been received after 4 days. They told me it would go back to my card. Just don’t waste your time going there it’s not worth it. I can’t say all Dickeys BBQ Pits are horrible, but this franchise chain has missed the mark horribly, which is say because there are not a lot of options for BBQ in the area

My experience with this location was a little better then the one in Palmdale, We ordered here in 8/2021 for the 1st time because I saw the ads on fbook the bill was over $100 so let’s get to them being too pricey an the taste of the potato was too buttery and salty with way to much sour cream couldn’t eat it, the greens was o.k the yams taste like can yams the chicken was good and the brisket was good we didn’t like the sauce we had 2 different ones an they baked beans was good. the Mac n cheese were not tasty we didn’t eat it maybe it was powder cheese we only tasted most of the food an thru the rest away, The restaurant had liquid on the floor by the soda machine so the floor was sticky an wet the odds of me going back here are slim. I try to support local business but some don’t hit the mark.

Was craving BBQ and stopped by the night of 4th of July. Menu selections are good & plentiful. Wish I could say the same for the food. The brisket was undercooked, the beans were burnt, the yams were cold and tasted as if they were poured straight out of the can, and the peach cobbler was lacking peaches. The worst part was the skimpy portions and high prices. I paid $35 for 2 slices of meat, extremely small sides of burnt beans, cold yams, and peach cobbler with no peaches. I was very disappointed with my 1st and probably last trip to this location.

Went in for 2 rib plates and a sandwich and was charged over $97! Totally got scammed by employees there. If I could give zero stars I would. Out of several items and an overall terrible experience. They said system was down and were doing math on their personal phones to add my total. Pretty sure employee doubled the cost of every item I ordered. Definitely don’t recommend this place!

Did an online order after work (to save time waiting in a line at a restaurant, since it was after work and I commute) I arrived well after the recommended wait time of 15-20 min and asked to pick it up just to find out it wasn’t made yet. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes and over heard a woman who must have been the mgr on shift remind the guy to always make two online orders and two in house orders so nobody’s order is missed. I Ordered two pulled pork on Hawaiian bread topped with Dr. Pepper infused BBQ sauce. What I got was dry pulled pork on burnt buns and NO sauce.

I tired the pulled pork plate with Mac and cheese and baked potato casserole…. Sadly the only thing I enjoyed and that was good was the was the baked potato casserole. The mac & cheese was so dry I had to return it and I’m not sure if it was the manager but the cashier in the front had told me it was because it was the last of the Pan so he was sorry. In my head I’m thinking why would you give me some dry mac & cheese instead of some new one that’s literally about to come out because he offered me if I wanted some from a new batch that was coming out. My boyfriend got the old school plate with tri tip and sausages and the tri tip was all fat and not even a good kinda fat it was just horrible. He said the bbq is what kinda saved it cuz where is the flavor ? His Mac and cheese was the same as mine but he didn’t wanna complain so he just left it and at his beans were basically the star of the show sadly like not even the meat was enjoyed it was dry and bland. And don’t get me started one roll each. Like we spent 57$ and we got 1 roll each. Might as well bring some Hawaiian rolls yourself.

We are new to the area and decided to tried this location. By far the worst for several reasons. The food taste is 3/5 brisket had no bbq sauce and it was still cold. No waffle fries available. Baked beans are more like typical beans. All the fountain drinks tasted flat, no Ice available. Utensils provided per request. Unorganized staff. Too much menu options that is overwhelming to choose something. Although the staff was friendly they were also unprofessional. One kept saying she was tired and pregnant and I’m assuming that’s the reason of her poor work ethics. Spend $60 and this place was not worth it.
