So the staff and the food were great. It was my first time eating at White Castle and I wasn’t disappointed. I didn’t have to wait long either. Now, the actual restaurant itself was pretty terrible. Stains on the ceiling, ancient restrooms, and the soda machine wasn’t mixing the syrup and water properly. My diet coke was 75% water. It’s disappointing White Castle has let it get so bad. It doesn’t look like they remodeled it 10 years ago and it’s just not been maintained. It looks like it’s hasn’t been updated in over 20 years.

FINALLY! They’re gettin with the times and remodeling so they can look like they’re in the 21st century. This is one of the oldest WC in the city long overdue for an upgrade! They need to do the same thing for Dennys down the street.

Order online, it allows pickup inside… and you can’t go inside, the lady said I had to get in line… for the drive through that moved one car in almost ten minutes. With 15 cars. I know it’s a White Castle, but wow is this one bad. Didn’t bother waiting an hour for the order that was already prepared.

Among the list of things my wife and I left behind when we moved to the east coast is “Belly Bombers” or White Castles, so after settling into our room, I was on DoorDash placing an order. The bacon breakfast sliders did not disappoint and as always, the eggs were done right. The cheese fries were light on cheese and a bit cold even considering the delivery time. I ordered four cheese sliders, two with extra pickles. The sliders themselves were good, but there was no extra on the pickles. Last up was the strawberry banana smoothies, these fall into the never again category, they tasted like something with the subtle flavor of cough syrup rather than strawberry, banana, or smoothie. The flavors all seemed artificial or somehow ‘enhanced’, but not natural, I’m also used to smoothies being much colder, containing ice and not yogurt, which these seemed to be made with.

They are suppose to close at 3:00 a.m. I pull up at 11:45 p.m. and nothing. I pull up to the window and this lady just looks at me and continues to clean and shakes her head. Like this whole are when it comes to people working are just cringe. Hey you chose that job not me. Get over it.

We just ate here at the Whitecastle! What a great first experience! We have frozen Whitecastle in SLC, UT, but that option is nowhere close to the real deal. The employees at this location are FANTASTIC! They made our first time eating at WC. They made all the right suggestions. Britney, Sharyn & Kenan even gave us a little sample so we knew what to expect! We were sold as soon as they gave us the sample! Wheeewwee! Sooooo good!!!!! This location really knows how to welcome some rookies from Utah! The restaurant was clean, drink area & tables clean and free of clutter. Employees quick and attentive to their customers! These guys need a raise! They’re doing an exceptional job at representing Whitecastle! Mahalo’s!!!

States it is opened until 3 am on the weekends! Sat in the thru waiting at 1:15 but it was closed! Nothing said as you pulled up. Behind me was two cars fighting to be first one guy had a gun. I pulled around to the window to tell them. I just got a lady shaking her head no. When I am trying to tell her two men are fighting and one has a gun! This could have all been avoided if it was stated either when we pulled up to the drive thru or while waiting they closed early! A crazy event could have been avoided!
