I ordered original crust and got flat bread crust pizza. My pizza was lacking sauce, and was very dry. It seems as if they are trying to cut back on ingredients and gain more profit. I will not be returning back to this location.

Food is decent, once you finally get it. First they delivered the wrong order. The driver said they’d go back & get it. We called the store & asked for it to be be made fresh plus a credit. They said it was either one or the other. Since it was for dinner for our grandkids (1, 3, & 5) & we didn’t have a backup, we went with a fresh order. 45 minutes later, it was delivered & still wrong. They had the sauces for 2 of the 4 sides wrong. $28 worth of food was almost $40 with tax, fees & 20% tip. Not worth the aggravation.

Ordered pizza for carryout. Showed up to pick up. They delivered it to someone else. Offered a 25% discount if I wanted to wait 30 mins for another. They DID finally after much rebuttal refund me, but gave me ONE pepper for an xl pizza. I called and that’s now their “policy”…one pepper. Remember the old days when if you were going to pay $10 more for a pizza the customer service and quality and extras made it worth it……no more. Stay away.

Took nearly 2 hours to get pizza after a quoted 30 min delivery time. When the pizza finally arrived the driver never even apologized, the pizza was stone cold and you could tell it had been sitting somewhere for a while. Had to call the store several times to check on pizza and the customer service was HORRIBLE. Had one guy on the phone flat out lie about the tracking app and where the delivery driver was.

I’m from Florida and I moved here for work. Everytime I have ordered from here it was either cold or they never showed up. This last time here was the last straw. The driver had the wrong address and called me sounding as if she was ready for a fight. I called in and the manager seems aware of the driver’s attitude and brushed my complaint off. Moral of the story go somewhere else!

Pizza never arrive. Called to check on order status and they said they gave my order to Door Dash and it was delivered. Manager told me to take it up with Door Dash even though I dont even have an account with them. Hours later, someone in my neighborhood told me my pizza was left on their porch. Papa John’s management took no responsibility. This place is dead to me.

I’ve ordered twice and both times the food was VISIBLY burned. They saw this and still boxed it and sent it out for delivery. Additionally, the first time I ordered the food was just room temperature upon arrival. What’s wrong with the staff, you ask?? They don’t have any quality control process and they absolutely just don’t care at all. That’s not a place I’ll ever bother to order from again.

Short staffed and pricy lately . Now they are skimping on the toppings and using about 3 inches of crust . Called hotline they could care less no call back from store either ! They are pricy and now not making a good quality pizza . Cutting corners won’t win you repeat customers good luck heading elsewhere.
