Highly recommend. Cute small restaurant with upscale feel/vibe. It’s byob which is great. Delicious authentic Italian dishes. The mussels were very good packed with a lot of sauce and flavor. Linguine was amazing. Gnocchi with the lump crab meat was very good. The dessert was so good especially the limoncello cake. Everything from appetizers to dessert absolutely delicious.

Met friends from my former job there. First time eating here. Seems like a smallish family restaurant with good Italian roots. The evening started off on the wrong foot with my OpenTable reservation apparently missing, but everything went uphill from there! Service was good. Food was very good! Honestly no bad dishes! I can’t say it was the most inventive food I have ever had, but I don’t think that’s the target audience anyway. Nonna’s meatballs were well seasoned and had great texture and were served with some toasted bread. Great start! The scallops and risotto were excellent. Scallops cooked just right (if I were being picky I would say overcooked by a matter of seconds) and the risotto was creamy. Tried some of the short ribs and the pictures don’t do them justice. They were terrific. Ended on an Eagles colored panna cotta which was very good. Will definitely be trying them again!!

This was our first visit to Pescatore, but it definitely will not be our last! Everything we ordered was divine. The chef must be an angel. We could smell the wonderful flavors before we walked into the restaurant. We were greeted by the most gracious host we have encountered in the Philadelphia area (and we eat out a lot!). Since we were doing takeout she took care of us. She answered our questions about the various dishes, ensured our order was correct and asked us about any extras we might need or want. We settled on the stuffed long hots, the mixed ocean grill, the chicken cacciatore and the short ribs as well as sides of broccolini, asparagus and spinach. Every single dish was exquisite. Even the bread (which looked regular, but was not) was superior; light and fluffy and perfect for sopping up the excellent sauces. And the prices were unbelievably reasonable for the outstanding quality of the food. Very highly recommended.

I have eaten here twice and the food was phenomenal every time. You can also bring your own bottle of wine and they will provide you with glasses and an ice bucket. The fish is outstanding and the pasta is made fresh and so doughy

Small Italian restaurant with exceptional service. The menu is fairly small with a few additional specials offered. This is not a bad thing. Menus that are huge tend to be overwhelming. I’d much rather go to a place that does several things really well. Both my husband and I loved our meals. I was especially impressed with the amazing fresh Parmesan and pesto that was served while we waited for our meals. The setting was intimate, the music playing was great and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We left stuffed and so happy we had chosen Pescatore.
