It’s not very often you leave a fast food establishment and just feel really good about your interaction. However, the lady who took our order at 2:40pm on Tuesday, November the 4th (we didn’t catch her name and regret it so I hope this helps narrow it down!) was absolutely refreshing. She was quick and incredibly kind. We just felt like someone should know that her cheerfulness was contagious.

I’m from jersey where every fast food place is rude, and I came down here and went to this Krystal (I love Krystal not this one), and this is my first time encountering a rude person in the south. I asked for sauce and she snapped on me like nut lol. If it weren’t for you I would’ve thought every southerner was nice and kind. 🙂 Krystal good is good though. Go to the other Krystal in athens instead.

Krystal is a nostalgia thing for me. I love the burgers. These were good & fresh. Dining room could be cleaner. Bathrooms were very dirty. Service friendly but very slow. Probably short staffed like so many. Not “fast” food, but good.
