I’m an introverted person, so anytime I get to eat a meal in the privacy of my own vehicle, thats a win for me. The attitudes of some of the order takers could use improving. What you get now is a step above “what the hell you want, man!” THE IDEA OF PUTTING THE TIP BUTTONS ON THE SCREEN IS COOL. I wish the kid that delivered your food could act like they just received a tip and wear a damn smile.

One star for the drink. At first I was amazed that it took less than 5 minutes for my food to come out considering the place was so busy then I open my burger, take a bite and find that it is cold and stale. Must have been one sitting there for a while so they sent it out. I guess thats how i got it fast. No pride in yalls work.

We got 2 orders of the tenders with white gravy. We asked for one to have fries and the other one to have tots. The white gravy cup was not even half full and was watery. They both had tots that we couldn’t eat because they tasted bitter and cold. The bread was burnt. There was no onion ring. The diet coke was not calibrated correctly so that went to waste too. So giving it 2 stars is being generous. Oh and when giving back the correct change that is something that you should have learned in school. And don’t EVER ask someone if they want there change back. If we want to leave a tip EARN it. How can y’all have a morning shift and a night shift totally different from each other. Maybe the manager or owner should pay closer attention and maybe pass by for the night shift.

Usually the food & drinks(strawberry limade) r usually good but the last time me & my grandma went there (which was about a week ago) the super sonics double cheeseburger I ordered was just sloppy. They just threw the ketchup & mustard on it & there was so much mustard & I didn’t order it with all that sloppy stuff. Usually the Strawberry limade is good & sweet without being overly sweet but this time it had 2 pieces of strawberries and all u could taste was the lime & how sour it was (I mean 2 the point when u would take a sip ur mouth would literally pucker up. Like I told my grandma that day was a very very busy day and all I can see is that they were working short handed & couldn’t take the time to fix our food right.

I used to work here and this place has gone down… they’re not as friendly and everytime my wife and I go, they rush us to order. We ordered two large drinks during happy hour and got mediums. We told the cashier they were supposed to be large and she snatched the drinks out of my hand and said “next time say large!”. Definitely disappointed in this store!
