Was told the manager wasn’t there to unlock the register, so we could only order from the very not-user-friendly app. App said it would take 10 minutes, took about 30. Our side chicken noodle soups had absolutely no measurable amount of broth, and we were given no crackers. Restroom was disgusting. I was going to get a sweet tea, but the closest thing available was a container of unsweetened, which happened to be empty. Going to use the survey on the receipt to try to get money back.

Exciting IPO had a sign go up at the old Buskirk-Chumlee theatre. A single, dark hall absorbs pad pokers (yay!), far more than yuppies. For its first decade, not a vice but pad pokers are, locally, moving over for yuppies hitting second decade.

I agree with the other reviews 100%. Food is average, restaurant is dirty, staff is unbothered. Dirty tables, trash on the floor, food served in plastic bowls, and no acknowledgement from staff. Everyone who came in had clean off their own table with napkins. Bathrooms look like they have never been cleaned. Disgusting toilet and trash all over the floor.

Amazingly tasteful little restraunt in a historic building. The food is delicious and the staff are awesome! Its a good place for any occasion whether you want something delivered, taking your family out for a special dinner or even just to hide out and work or study. They are also on top of food safety so if you have allergies to glueten they are precise about the protocol they follow to keep you safe.

Went to go get a QUICK bite given I work so close. I walk in and they tell me no one will take my order, and I have to do it online. I went online to order and had so many technical difficulties that I could not order. The staff would not help me and just told me to download the app. Drove to another nearby store and they refused to take my order over the phone unless I used card, and I only had cash. Very unhappy that both locations in Bloomington made no effort to make sure I had a decent experience.
