The girls love family fare starbucks. Only thing is the dairy free for my daughter with allergies has went up about a dollar more. So a large was over $7 with coconut milk. But its not an everyday so not a big deal.

Usually when we go here they follow directions about allergies…this time they didnt and now my daughter is paying for it. Her tongue is all sores and her throat. Throat is raw..she specifically told them this afternoon when we went there that she had to have coconut milk not reg milk. She is allergic big time .. usually not a problem. She assumed they did what she asked but a few sips in she knew she was in trouble. Now she will pay for it for days. They didnt mark cup and didnt use coconut milk.. PLEASE listen to your customers!!! ALLERGIES are serious!!

Contacted them about the Starbucks red cups for Nov. 17th and was told they aren’t able to give that information out. Weird because on the starbucks website the date is out. Contacted the Rockford starbucks and they were able to give me more information.

I go to this Starbucks a lot. Today was the first day I’ve ever had an issue. I got the blonde pour over and got a lot of grounds in the bottom of my cup. The staff here are always helpful and courtious.
