Food was good, free ice cream for dine in customers. The staff/shift manager didn’t have a clue the type of cooking oil they use to fry. This is especially important for people with some restrictions.

I can’t complain about the food, my concern is about customer service. Coming here every Monday and Thursday, Using drive through ordered 3 sandwiches, 5 pieces of fish, and 5 pieces of chicken tender and waited 18 minutes to get my order. Whoever came after me, they’re all got their food and left. Finally got out of the car and asked about my order, they responded it’s coming without saying sorry. If it was a busy time, I would totally understand.

It’s a chain. The chicken is predictably crunchy and tasty. Comes with a wonderful fresh roll too. We like the okra and the gravy for sides. Not a fan of the chicken salad even though it’s full of chicken. I drive to RR because they have their act together, unlike the one in Pflugerville.
