Dined in on a Friday evening around 8pm. There was a car in the drive thru but no one in the dining room. We were greeted and ordered with out a wait. The food bar wasn’t open so everything was prepared in the kitchen. They were out of unsweet tea and diet Pepsi. The order didn’t take long, chicken strips were hot but the fries weren’t fresh or hot. The fried chicken breast was good. Bo-berry biscuits were hot. The service was decent and the cashier pleasant. The dining room looked clean but the foyer entrance hadn’t been swept or cleaned recently. About what you would expect for fast food.

Absolutely ridiculous that there was one car in the parking lot, and I was asked to pull forward to wait for my order. In the 10 minutes that I was waiting for two Boberry biscuits, I witnessed two employees sit down in the dining room and start scrolling on their phones. I backed up to the drive through window, and the employee told me they had to bake a new batch of biscuits for me, and they were right here. It would be nice to communicate that to someone before taking their payment, so they could decide if they wanted to wait. This is not the first instance that I’ve encountered slow service at this location.

Okay, I know that service in most places has been less dependable these days, but when you go to Bojangles for chicken you expect one thing….CHICKEN! I have not been there in so long because the service has gotten that bad, decided to give then another try. They said they were out of Chicken, would take 20 minutes or more, this was after waiting 10 minutes in line already. Go figure!

We went through the drive through and ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and a bo round. The bo rounds are cooked to order. They said it would 4 minutes and told us to park and someone would bring it out. 15 minutes later I walk inside and they still we not done. The was no one else in line and only one customer sitting down eating.

I stopped by this location on 6/8 around 1:00. During peak lunch hour, I was told it was a 15-minute wait for chicken. I left after being told that. I came back the next day (just because I was craving some fried chicken), and I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. After waiting 20+ minutes, I was informed that it would be an additional 5-10 minutes for mac and cheese. I’m extremely disappointed. You all have maybe lost a loyal customer.

Rude!! They don’t greet you when you come in. I was told by the front counter that my door dash order wasn’t ready but how would she know when she didn’t even ask the name on the order. The manager was running drive thru and seen her lobby and lobby customers unattended and she didn’t acknowledge me either. The workers was slow and couldn’t make a simple biscuit. This location is terrible and I will never accept a door dash order for this location again. The whole staff needs lessons on being complimentary and having manners. I had to cancel my customer doordash order because one biscuit took 10+
