The two young ladies that work there at the register were very friendly… The food was OK… To me it tastes like any other boneless overpriced wing and the BBQ sauce set my mouth on fire so won’t be trying that one ever again but the Hawaiian sauce was very delicious!!

First time visitor and I was pleased with my food. I live about 15 minutes away so the fries were not warm but I reheated them and they were ok. I was told to try the fries but there wasn’t much of their “special seasoning” on them for me to rate very high. And, they serve them in a paper-lined boat with no covering to keep them hot. I wonder who thought THIS is a good idea? The boneless chicken with original hot sauce was good. I think I would return in the future and try other food options. My only real negative is that EVERYTHING is served in a HUGE paper bag, even if you only order a boat of fries….

Leaving a note on an order that you are out of something doesn’t solve the problem. Basically stolen money at that point luckily it was through door dash, nothing on the dashers fault. And I got my money back through doordash, at no help from wing stop. Won’t be back! Mediocre food at best! Too bad.

Ordered my food at 9pm and it is now 11:40pm and i still do not have my food, the dasher called us to tell us that he was there but wingstop was running an hour and a half behind. This place is horrible and has horrible service will not be returning to this wing stop. They need to close this place down

Service upon ordering was good, guy was a little hard to hear but overall good. Quoted 20-25 minutes after ordering for food to be ready (15 wings, fries and a drink) and that he would call when it was ready. Went back to my car and waited. After 30 minutes no call, gave them an extra 10 just in case they were busy. Went in about 40-45 minutes after ordering. I was looked over 3 or 4 times and others were served first. Guy in the front complained that he was the only one taking/packing orders, handing them out and getting drinks. I get it, it’s easy to get behind helping people while orders come up and having to stop to pack them etc. but when I was finally helped he didn’t ask the name of my order (I assume he remembered me from coming in to order earlier) he said your orders not ready yet. Then immediately turns around and says my name then hands me my food. Almost didn’t get my drinks, had to ask. Got to the car and food was cold and soggy. Who knows how long it was sitting there for. Probably should have went in at the 25 minute mark after I ordered but I gave them the benefit of doubt and gave a little extra time as I was told I’d be called and never was. Probably will never go here again unless convinced otherwise that service has changed. Also wings (2 different flavors very spicy one and the bbq one) were in the same container with no separation making the BBQ ones inedible for us since they had the spicy sauce on them. Fries were cold soggy and wet.
