Had BLT pizza & it was not like Galena’s! It was done but the bottom was so hard we couldn’t bite it! My Husband and I ate 3 pieces of a large pizza! The gentleman that took our order was nice, the kid in the back was texting instead of doing anything & the guy that brought it out was rude! We will NEVER go back there!

I was friends with the original owner of this company. The young man that took my order this evening was extremely unfriendly. This pizza was expensive and this guy didn’t even say thank you. WRONG guy to answer the phone. Love their pizza but guys like this wreck their business. Probably why Maquoketa and Davenport are currently going through chapter 11. The help you get today has no work ethic. Sorry. Call em like I see em. How sad

Readd bedore order from here. I just want To say I absolutely love happy Joe’s pizza. But I will never order from University location again. My pizza was uncooked kind of cold. The lettus on all my pizza was BROWN. My taco sauce was frozen and weird tasting. I called to let them know and he said and I “I don’t remember your order I’ll give you a free medium pizza” even though I spent $70. And the older guy continued to tell me I was wrong. So don’t order from here. Bad service and the kids that work in there only care about what’s on TV while making your pizza. Order from the other location or not at all.
