We ordered a Smokehouse Brisket meal and a French Dip and Swiss meal. When we got home, the food was already cold. We only live about ten minutes from the restaurant. The fries are definitely old, and the Au Jus sauce was cold. The Smokehouse Brisket did not have as much meat as we had assumed it would have, nor as many onion rings. This is the first time we ordered the Smokehouse Brisket, and it definitely did not live up to our expectations. The French Dip and Swiss did not have as much meat as we usually get either. When we called about the food, we were told that that is just how it is. The manager was very rude and did not want to discuss the situation. He hung up on us after he told us that’s just how the food is. We will definitely not be ordering over the app, nor using this restaurant again. This is not the first time we’ve had issues with the food and management.

The service was horrible the lady taking the drive thru orders was joking how she burnt the frys and gave them to the wrong people which would be my family roast beef was cut so thick could not eat it the service was extremely horrible

This is the cleanest nicest fast food I have ever been in! The entire place was spotless including the restrooms. Employees were friendly and seem to enjoy their job. Food was amazing and so delicious Would give 10 stars if I could ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As always the food is delicious. We went inside to eat and the guy taking our order seemed as though he was fighting to be nice. A little rude. The food took longer to get than expected yet I noticed they dealt with drive thru faster. The patrons inside seemed to be on the back burner.

Ordered thru the app the ribeye sandwich combo. Place was busy with inside orders and drive thru orders. Had to wait a bit for my order but I didnt mind ..just glad Arby’s is here in Mountain Home, AR. The combo was awesome!!
