Gave the place a second chance after they left out an order of chicken nuggets for my son about a week back. Came back and got 2 meals, which they rang me up for then proceeded to only give me one drink and one meal, while charging me for both. Place used to be good and is going downhill fast.

The customer service line, so store managers try to discourage customers from calling without just cause. The service line can make everything right and have a store manager call you. Some store managers refuse to help, get upset when finding out they took care of you. One in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania is polite, but makes too many excuses, seems to be very negative about customers patronizing his store. He tries to find narky types of issues, such as he basically thinks bums are calling, even after several paying visits. He over rated non performing, rude employees while finding negative snarky things to say about customers in general. He’ll ask the customer questions as though he needs to size them up, meet them to size them up minus any optimistic trust for wronged customers to know he’ll take care of them. He basically thinks calling the customer service line is a waste for customers, likes to be in control but all companies do have a escalation process. He thinks if you’re wronged twice, that doesn’t matter, only that two calls of issues with the store are too many, and will insult the customer in some seemingly polite tone. Oh you’re not doing anything, even after you tell him all you do is work. He fails to listen to customers, has obvious preconceived notions, he said his name is Willard, but no last name. He might have something to hide, while digging into customers lives, failing to take care of them for bad orders. The Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania store has failed to get all crispy chicken more than on several visits. $30 to $50 family orders with crispy wings and about two other pieces on a 12 piece order is of little use. The crispy part cannot be eaten from tiny wings and has little to no meat. The manager lady said that’s all she could do, made it sound as a favor and had more time to watch the drink machine, which should have been given freely in place of not having the correct all crispy order to any customer patronizing regularly with cash for family meals. Losing a customer over several failure attempts when paid cash for orders is too many issues, they gave a sitting order that had 4 hard as a rock biscuits when cheating the customer out of the 6 supposed to be in the order. The store also failed as the chicken was all dry on a fully paid order of over $20 on one visit, some teen boys were laughing about it, then they were to remake the order, called up, “order ready!” after about 10 minutes, said no not you! Then they laughed about it. He then continued to talk to another teen boy there and was talking about wanting to punch a customer in the face.

I just wish when you ordered a large fry it would be full I have been getting a large and a regular and I’m able to put both of them into the large container I’m not saying they don’t fill them up about the last three times they have really been three quarters I go there every day so they do have good food and for the most part the people are cool we’re all human sometimes we just got to stop and think about that

This should be noted that this review is as close to a 5 star review as you could get without being a 5 star review. The reason for a 4 star review is due to the lack of food on the bar during buffet. This could be attributed to the fact that the food is always hot, always fresh and always delicious. However if you’re in a long line and there’s no food you’re forced to wait and if you’re in a time crunch for lunch it put you in a bit of a pickle. Other than that, the restaurant has been renovated, the bathrooms are always kept clean and the staff is extremely nice!!
