I had a feeling about this restaurant, so I came over and ordered the basil chicken with brown rice. At first I thought the bowl was small, but there was deceptively more food in there than I thought. The basil chicken had good flavor with a little spice to enhance it. I would give this restaurant 0 star if I could. This was my very first time ordering food from this place. I got drunken noodles it actually taste good but in the middle of eating it I found a dead fly in my food. YES!! DEAD FLY. It’s sooo disgusting !!! Save your money to eat at cleaner place.

7/17/23 Update- Alot of things have changed since the pandemic and Im not really liking Ban Ban too much anymore. The service isnt as friendly, the food is just ok. The hot food is overcooked most times and the portions smaller. Its quite disappointing because my husband and I loved their food prior.

Great place to get authentic Chinese food! I got nothing bad to say about the food as it’s that good. Less 1 star due to hearing the manager raising her voice at the staff member(s) while we’re dining in. That’s for another story. But we’re here to talk about the food. Everything we tried is tasty and reasonably priced! Recommended!

Their food is delicious, but their workers are always completely incompetent. They don’t have the slightest clue on how to handle customers. I put in an order for 7, it’s done at 6:30.. sitting waiting getting cold for a half hour. I brought it up to the staff and I’m looked at like I have 6 heads. Food is great, staff is idiotic.

This restaurant was furnished very well. The booths are very spacious & comfy. The Korean Chicken Wings are tasty & not too spicy, just wish there were more than 5 per order. The Crab Fried Rice was very flavorful & wasnt dry, with plenty of white lump crab meat. The sushi was good, although their pieces seem to be small. Ive had bigger & more filling pieces. The menu has plenty to choose from. I would return for the crab fried rice. * If you use a groupon ($15 for $25 worth of food) its for 2 people & you cant get any specials they have running. I wanted to use it for myself & couldnt, nevertheless the food was still good.

Got 3 soups and all were tasty, particularly the wonton soup. Pork and chive dumplings were good with the sauce. Usually when I get bao buns they have a tasty sauce/dressing on them but these didn’t have it.
