This place has the best Thai food I’ve ever had! The Pad Se Ewe is outstanding, with such a savory sauce , so incredible! The Spring Rolls are perfect- with an outside, delicate crispy shell and a great filling- and the sauce for dipping is to die for! The owner, Joy, is such a caring, giving person. Her son Ethan is an excellent front person. This restaurant moved into a different location from before(Formerly known as Thai Angel in Islandia). It is much much further for me, but so worth the trip! Go see for yourself just how great their food is!

My husband and I were traveling through town and stopped in for a late lunch early dinner. I picked “Amazing Thai Cuisine” for the high rating and I chose very well! Everything was actually amazing, in case you were wondering. The service, the meal, just perfect. If we lived nearby I would go broke from getting takeout here. If you are local, or if you are just passing through town, Amazing Thai Cuisine is an amazing choice!!

My sister has been raving about this wonderful couple who moved their restaurant from Islandia to Copiague. She is extremely fussy about getting fresh food and pleasant service. We came for the lunch special today, She was right. Fresh excellent food and the Tom Yum sublime. The husband, Ken (chef) and the wife, Joy (manager) team were proud and caring. The lunch special is a true bargain. I will be back!
