First and last time I will ever order from this place. After getting my order the cheese bread is over cooked and the pizza I order was supposed to have extra sauce. I’ve never had a dryer pizza in my life. So if you order regular, I assume it means no sauce. I called and they said they were going to make a replacement order, I pull up to the window and the guy tries to justify it and pretty much ‘correct’ me and tell me it was right. I guess he’s trying to argue with me in a polite way instead of just saying I’m sorry and giving me my d*** order. So heads up to everyone ordering from this location, they “weigh everything” so if your pizza tastes like cardboard with no sauce then you might need to let the manager know the scale is off/ broken then.

Terrible pizza, terrible service – this is a franchise so steer clear. Store manager talked to me like I was a bill collector. never so humiliated by a store manager on the phone like this gal. Had we were told there would be multiple stops due to only one driver I would have picked up myself. After waiting and watching driver stop multiple times on app and getting pushed back – just knew our pizza would not be fresh. Didn’t matter, they were all overcooked. Never got my sauces I paid for as well – Hey Team Carolina’s…. I want my money back!

Literally just waited an hour for a delivery that wasn’t even correct and it was burnt. It was a TWO topping pizza with extra cheese. How do you mess that up? Mind you I live 3 minutes up the road.. Pizza Hut for the win next time. Have had too many issues with dominos.

Ordered off the app and chose contactless delivery however the driver chose to stand there ringing my door bell. This set off my dogs which upset my sick 7month old baby who I just got to calm down. Also didn’t have the two marinara cups with the cheese bread.

Placed an order online and arrived at the store 45 minutes later, at the time I was told in an email that my order would be ready. A young man offers an an apology and tells us it would be another hour before our order was ready and those who were working had no idea what they were doing. We had decided to try this dominos after a similar bad experience with the one on East broad street. Guess we will be going looking for another pizza place to order from.

I ordered pizza had it delivered wrote in comments I only had $100.00 when guy got there he said he could not break it so then he tried to get me to drive to the store to pay him I said woah so I had to call dominos and finally got him paid and when I got inside the 4 sauces I paid for were missing and the pizza was not done in the middle this picture proves that! For my first time ordering pizza and paying high prices for delivery you would think they would have gotten my order correct but ummm no very disappointed in dominos and even more for how they acted towards me about the issue!

I’ve had nothing but issues with this domino’s. Most of the time when I place an order through the app it never goes through for this particular store but recently I placed an order that actually went through and they cancelled the order, refusing to make the food I paid for. Do not support this domino’s. It’s pathetic that they’re not willing to do their job. I’ve never had this kind of issue from any other dominos before but I can guarantee I’ll never buy from this domino’s store again.
