I just ordered handmade pan pizza with a curbside pickup and I brought the pizza home and I noticed the center was falling apart when I picked it up. It was dough. I called the manager and told her my pizza wasn’t cooked and still doughy. She asked for my number and sounded inconvenienced. She then replied saying “you ordered a pan made pizza is supposed to be doughy.” Did you know you can become ill from eating raw dough? Had to cut half the pizza for the baked part. Won’t be going there anymore.

Order online for pickup and the tracker app and emails said my order would be ready in 18 to 28 minutes. Showed up at the store 30 minutes later and my order was still in prep phase. Apparently it was just sitting on the prep board and had been since I ordered 30 minutes ago. An hour after ordering it was still showing as being prepared. I completely understand a place could be busy on a Friday afternoon but when the tracker says it will be ready, I assumed that means it would be ready. The two workers spent ten minutes then complaining and cursing customers that were calling and canceling orders. Finally after waiting ten minutes one of the two workers finally started making pizza again but still complaining about customers not being patient. Not sure exactly what the issue was but the lack of any sense of urgency amongst the two employees certainly didn’t help. Also getting calls to their personal phones from their daughter instead of actually working to make pizzas definitely delayed everything. I would not recommend this location. There are a few other Dominoes and other pizza places nearby that would be a better choice. It also didn’t help that the one employee was wearing apple EarPods and had to shout everything and get everyone to repeat stuff to him because he couldn’t hear. I know more about him and his life than I’d ever want to know. Also apparently the General Manager at this location, according to the employees, is a few weeks away from getting fired because of all the issues he’s caused.

Placed an online order, said the order was delivered. Went outside the Order wasn’t there. When I called in store she said I used a fake name I used my boyfriends name DayQuan and because she didn’t recognize the name it was fake. My address was correct and she said it was incorrect instead of fixing the issues. I got attitude, was told she was the only person there to speak to. She didn’t want to give her name. Hung up on me twice. Continued to yell at me. This Dominion’s was the worse experience I worked a 12 hour shift, now I’m going to sleep with out eating. This is horrible. I explained her I had a hard day, and needed a little compassion. I got cussed at and told I was going to get black listed. All I wanted was something to eat.

Tonight at exactly 10:16 pm I went to pick up my order online and lousy service from the manager.she saw me standing outside. I couldn’t get in,I was there for 10 minutes, she completely ignored me. My order was already ready because I saw it on the screen. Seriously, no more return. I am also a restaurant manager and I never ignore my clients, I try to serve them the best I can so that they come back. I can so that they come back. And I also asked for ranch and it seemed like she was upset. Bad attention from her

WARNING ALBUQUERQUE/ALL!!! NEVER and I repeat, NEVER come to this location. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from them and they got my order completely wrong. On top of that their pizza also got my family sick. We all had bubble guts for a few days. This might be the end of domino’s for us all together. You’ve been warned.

Unfortunately, this gets one star because I can’t give it zero. Poor, poor customer service. I don’t know what the problem is behind the counter, but not once have I ever had a good experience here. Not once has it ever been what I have come to expect from Domino’s. Impolite staff who seem to be wanting to do anything else other than their job. Seems to be uninvolved management. If there was a manager there, they were okay with this interaction. Will be going out of my way to make sure that my orders go to any other location in the future. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere.

Terrible. We tried to order some food to our hotel because it was one of the only places still open. Placed the order at 11:51 PM. Got notified that it was being “quality checked” at 12:03 AM. A half hour later it still wasn’t showing as being out for delivery. I called the store to get an update and the guy there said theh only had 2 drivers and they were busy but theywould come back and it should only be 10 more minutes before it was delivered. So I decided to wait. About 5 minutes later I get a call back from the store, this time with a woman on the phone asking what I needed help with. I told her I was asking for a status update on my order and they told me it was 10 more minutes and I was just going to wait. She then told me it would be another 40 MINUTES. I said what? 40 more minutes? She said yes, we’re very busy. At this point I had waited an hour for my food and I told her just to cancel it because I couldn’t wait that long. She said fine and hung up on me. No attempt to rectify the situation at all. Didn’t even offer for me to come pick it up. Almost 2 hours for a pizza is ridiculous. This whole situation was awful- don’t order from here.

I had placed an order for 8 pizzas. The system was down and was still told they would have it ready. I go to get my order and the general manager said I didn’t place an order. I told her one of the employees wrote it down. She said no they didn’t basically calling me a liar. Worst customer service ever. I am manager myself and would never treat a customer like this. Especially when they could have called and told me the issue. I would have planned ahead and went somewhere else.

I wouldn’t allow your child to work here. As my daughter was a manager and had an abusive boyfriend and her manager wanted my daughter to go back to her abusive boyfriend home to help him with paperwork and training videos for her ex boyfriend was to start working at a sister store. With my daughters manager also being a female this is very unprofessional and unethical, and when I emailed the corporate office they told my daughter they were going to fire her instead of going after her manager or maybe give some training or something else. This place is unprofessional and need to maybe keep the females there safer especial when her ex boyfriend would come into the store causing a scene, or maybe do some training for staff management to be disciplined for there actions instead.
