Absolute Dynamite
(Afternoon visit) Fresh food, attentive staff and minimal wait inside. Snack wise, the cookies more than likely were reheated in the microwave but were still soft without the dreaded overcooked on top if overcooked taste. If anyone had a negative experience here, I would take it up chain because this crew was on their game.

Not happy about my visit today . Usually I have pretty good food from this Burger King location, but it’s been at least a month since I’ve been here. I love Burger Kings breakfast menu and only come here for breakfast time. This morning when I came there was nobody inside ordering, only drive thru, so I ordered food for myself, and my mom who’s also visiting this weekend and my 5 year old son….. It took 14 minutes to receive my to-go order. There was two different customers that came inside & ordered food after me, yet they received their food order way quicker than I did. The lady said they were waiting on fresh hash browns, when I finally received my food , there was no French toast sticks in the bag so I had to ask for them & syrup. Finally receiving my French toast sticks and they are way overcooked and hard as a rock. If I didn’t have food to bring home to my mom and son I would have asked for a refund or a replacement because they are nasty. I’m disappointed in this Burger King location right now , I hope the next time I come, food will be much better.

Pretty sad burger King honestly. Store was empty and waited quite awhile for service. Gentleman in this picture finally came up and just looked at me. I ordered asked for no mayo and up sized in which he pounded the keys with force on the touch screen I was like whatever.

Where do I even begin? After having to pull forward and wait 20 minutes for them to forget about my order – I went inside and was stared at by the employees like I had ten heads (even though they made the mistake). They forgot about my husbands order. Ok fine mistakes happen. The manager was very helpful and apologetic. The biggest issue was the employee Latoya. From the moment I walked in she had to roll her eyes at me at least ten times – again because of their error? I’m confused. You mess up, and that’s my fault? Then I watched my husbands burgers be made exactly how he didn’t want them – the guy put ketchup, mustard and pickles on both. He ordered them PLAIN with ketchup only. When I said something I got another eye roll from Latoya (shocking I know). She was so rude and unprofessional. The manager assured me the burgers were made correctly. When I got home guess what..they made them wrong. This will be the last time I go to this location. Hopefully in the meantime Latoya takes some intense customer service classes and her eyes don’t get stuck in the back of her head from rolling them at customers.

I ordered two whopper meals. One with cheese and one without. The one with out I wanted heavy Mayo,pickles,and lettuce. I received a whopper with cheese. After I told the lady at the window the way she had it was rung up wrong. She insured me that the sandwich would be made the right way but obviously not. The whopper with cheese was only suppose to have lettuce,Mayo,and cheese. It was a regular whopper with cheese. An the sandwich’s where very much cold. The fries where under cooked and still frozen. So much for a Sunday dinner. And a waste of money

FIRST OFF..DO NOT, DO NOT go here at night. (1) People come to drive thru window with tank tops on. (2) People are laying down in the lobby area. You pull up to the drive though (with no one in the drive thru line) and you still have to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to come on the intercom. The manager, the district manager should be FIRED. The pics are below. The employees were literally sitting in the lobby area. The manager was no where to be found OR she was the one sitting in the car. They deserve a zero.
