I was excited for my crustica to come – I’ve doordashed it and it came like this below. I know it’s not the restaurants fault though, my doordasher was a motorcyclist and it must’ve just gotten severely messed when he was driving. The presentation of the food made it less enjoyable. I got the vegetarian pizza with gluten free crust. It doesn’t come with cheese – it’s a super healthy option with 380 calories. I’m giving it four stars because I do believe I would’ve rated it high if I was eating in person at the restaurant, the pizza was super thin and I think the way they make pizza is incredibly innovative, you can roll each slice into mini roll up wraps. It comes with micro greens on the side for you to sprinkle over the pizza. Overall it was a quick and easy eat because the slices were so thin. If you’re super hungry you may want two of these pizzas unless you get another pizza with more protein toppings. I like the concept and the health side of it overall, would recommend going to eat in person!

Go time
The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. The choice of food was limited however it was fresh and was tasty. At one of the tables there was a large amount of foliage pushing it’s way into our area and almost became supper too.

Turns out Crustica is a pizza place… but not just any pizza place… Crustica has completely reimagined the pizza, making it healthier and easier to eat.

My band was playing at the Troubador. We were tired and hangry and this place was the closest food. But yo, really really good. Like I eat wayyyy to much pizza and this pizza made me go, whoa, this is good pizza. Which usually with good pizza, I’m just like, yeah this pizza is alright.

So delicious! The ingredients were fresh. You can taste the quality. I rolled the pizza slices into a taco and would add the greens inside. The pizza was a perfect size for me. I’d come back!

Cool pizza place. Pizzas come with micro greens that you can roll up with the pizza slices. I tried the Lorraine and a dessert pizza called the Cinnamon Roll. Both were really good

Their pizza is excellent!!! It’s some of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. I tried the bbq chicken pizza! They serve the pizza with homemade ranch dressing dip with fresh micro greens and scallions on the side to use as an additional topping for your pizza. The patio is really nice too. Good for people watching. Cool new neighborhood pizzeria in Weho!!
