The food had been under the heat for too long, beef and broccoli was mostly broccoli and soggy, not crisp. I ended up tossing most of it. I remember when they first opened. Attention to detail, fresh food, everything was so yummy, it may have been a bad day but it will be a while before we try that again.

I usually don’t complain since I work in the food industry. But when you open at 11 you would think the food would be prepped and ready to go to serve your customers. I understand if you’re out of something that’s out of your control, but neither of the sides were done when I arrived. Multiple customers left because of this and that just made the business lose out on money they could be making. I recommend coming in a half hour or hour before opening and prep your food and have it ready to sell to customers by the time you open especially your popular items that you constantly sell. I do recommend the food here but I do not suggest trying to get an order within the first hour they are open.

If you order in the app, do not trust the time it tells you. It won’t be ready when you get there. As for the food. Well the orange chicken was good as usual. Black pepper stake was bland but the steak was tender. I got no fork or napkins, but did get the condiments I asked for.

Went threw the drive thru. seems like someone was having a bad day. Constantly being pushy, and getting frustrated when they misheard the item we wanted. Then, when we actually got the food, everything was done poorly. For example, the broccoli beef had whole pieces of broccoli. Not just the strips. The portions, though big, barely had any protein.

The food was fresh, but next time, I’ll get get my food to go because most of the tables were dirty. When I asked for napkins so I could wipe the table, I was told they were out of napkins. Mind you, they didn’t offer to wipe it down for us or come out to clean any of the tables.

This food was terrible. We got the bigger plates. They gave us old mushy rice and beef and broccoli with no beef and dry broccoli. My wife’s was completely wrong and downgraded. Wish we would of check our food before we came home. I feel super ripped off.

I went through drive thru and they told me it was going to be “a little bit of a wait” for the shrimp. I parked and waited over 20 minutes for the food. When the lady brought me my food I told her that she needs to let people know it’s a 20 minute wait and not “a little bit”. She didn’t acknowledge what I said. Very rude and unprofessional. Terrible experience.
