I have found MY restaurant in Baja Fresh. The food is so clean and fresh that you can taste the freshness. It’s almost like good home cooked food. The fact that there is no Lard, no monosodium glutamate nor microwave food makes it real food good for the body, good for the mind, and good for the spirit. Sandra is an employees in the Pasadena store. Her customer service is par excellent Every time I’ve come she’s been nice and courteous and it’s been a pleasure to be in her presence. When this company comes on the stock market I will buy the first stock in its offering. It’s that good.

Damn this place got so sketchy over the years… very dirty dingy and run down . All the table were filthy and floor too. Employees on their cell phones gossiping . Now I know why I haven’t been here in forever!

For many years Baja Fresh has been a place to go when I don’t feel like cooking. Burrito mexicano has always been our favorite. I stopped going for a while every time I order, the burrito would be either all rice or beans with 3 small cubes of chicken. Last night I order my usual chicken burrito and taquitos plate to go, $ 25! I get home the burrito was 75% beans 25% rice no chicken, there was a small piece of chicken fat. The taquitos tasted old saturated in oil, terrible! Some restaurants don’t know that there’s people that uses fork and knife to eat a burrito! I see this place closing soon!

If you care about your wife, daughters, mothers, sisiters don’t let them come here. There’s a serious problem with a male employee who has some problems with women. I had already spoke with the supposed manager. As for the food, Del Taco is better and cheaper and it’s only across the street.

I grew up in Pennsylvania going to Baja Fresh a few times a week , then they closed almost every single location they had around and I finally found this one in California and was so happy to see it , it was pretty dead so I can see why these locations keep closing but I did get the nachos and they were really delicious, it’s my favorite thing to get from there , salsa was decent too , the salsa bar unfortunately was closed but they gave me a good amount of salsa at least

My steak tostada salad looked like a work of art. A bit more meat would have earned this review 5 stars. The steak that was there was nicely marinated. They clearly know what they are doing here, they just need to be more generous with the meat. I would have been willing to pay $2 or $3 more to get double meat. Service was excellent. I will be back. At least the guacamole on my salad was free, unlike Chipotle that charges extra for guacamole.

Came last Thursday, had a chicken burrito it was great, nice and beefy like when they first opened. Because of it we went to get the same tonight and what a disappointment. The burrito was half the size. This is why I stopped coming here. So I realized that Thursday was fluke. The taste and quality great but the quantity not so much

Ordered the Baja burrito with steak that comes with pico de gallo and guacamole… Great flavor combination! And it comes a small side of chips. The salsa bar isn’t open yet but you can request them at the counter when you pick up your order. You can call ahead and come in to pick up your order or order in person. Friendly staff, quick service and good food!

The service is usually efficient, but not friendly. Our food this evening was cold, & when it comes to tacos, getting them from a taco truck is the way to go. Baja Fresh does have good salsas, but if its not around the corner, it’s not worth a drive of more than 10 minutes max.
