Just recently opened. Used to be Bull and Bear. The menu looked good so we decided to try it. E went at 3 when they opened. No one else there. Service very friendly. Food was not great. Just had a bunch of appetizers and wings. Wanted calamari which is on the menu but they don’t make it anymore. Got mozzarella sticks, cheesesteak egg rolls, wings and fries. Sauce in top of mozzarella made it mushy. Did not n like the egg rolls. Wings and fries ok. Prices reasonable except the egg rolls. Not enough for what you pay. I hope that this place gets better as time goes on. I’m not sure I would go back.

Tipsy’s is exactly what the Valley needed. A fun place with a great vibe for food, hookah, drinks and also a great night life atmosphere. The staff is amazing, everyone makes you feel like your at home. The food is great as well! Hookahs on point. The atmosphere is so chill to come with your crew to just enjoy yourself. Friday and Saturdays they get the best DJ’s! You won’t be disappointed. ❤️ 5 stars for me ⭐️

Not gonna lie, was a little worried when the place looked empty on a Friday night. Passed this place a few times and my fiancé and I wanted to try it. Food was great- prices were good and portions were big. We will definitely be back again 🙂

I was there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. I ate this chicken sandwich I don’t remember the exact name but it was sweet and spicy I think it was called something like that it was excellent I give it a five star. It was delicious and the fries I love it. The only thing that I was dissatisfied was the bathroom. It was a mess. But other than that the atmosphere was excellent. And I do recommend Tipsy

This place is EVERYTHING! Music was so good I had to tip the DJ. The Food, Service, Drinks, EVERYTHING was Amazing. We went there to celebrate my Bday and I’m so glad we did. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Overall I was pleasantly surprised because of personal bias over the location and complaints about how pricey they were. I came for dinner/dancing to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We had a reserved table for appetizers and drinks. We shared apps and they were all delicious. The prices I thought were fair and the portions were more than generous. The drinks and shots were all awesome. Some staff tried to convince us we needed to buy a bottle to reserve our dinner reservation table and a separate bottle at 10 when the “club” started. However our waitress and then our bottle girl was honest and lovely. I really liked the vibe and some of the activities they had listed (like paint and sip or trivia night) sounded fun. I’ll definitely be back to hang out again.

This is my first experience there. The vibe is nice. I got there around 319pm shortly after they open. Greeted immediately and then sat. I order a drink it got there fast. Then I ordered a burger and fries. I was 1 of like 4 people there 3 people were at the bar. About 25 minutes went by and the burger finally came granted I asked for it well done but 25 mins? And only 1 customer for food? The fries were on the luke warm side but the burger was cooked to my liking. Overall not bad. Maybe I’ll try it again.
