Food won’t knock you socks off, but it’s a fun spot and better than fast food. We arrived for a Jeep gathering with a friend and they had set aside an area for attendees outside, which I thought was awesome. The waitress was bubbly and fun. Great service, the food wasn’t amazing but ok. This is one of those restaurants that is selling beer & experience, food is probably not their primary focus. I will say that the price was perfect for the meal. Not much more than fast food and it was definitely better than fast food. Not that we won’t return, it is a good place to keep in mind if the wait is too long at the other restaurants in the area.

We just came for drinks and appetizers. Our server was able to easily accommodate our other large group. She made it slow right at home and took excellent care of it. Fried cheese curds were to die for. The sauce they came with was excellent. Beers were cold and tasty. Parking was easy. Price was right.

Horrible experience. My husband and baby went in to grab a quick bite and had horrible service. The server was rude and didn’t give me the right order. Food was so salty, messy and cold. Table was sticky even though we asked them to wipe it. We will never go back again.

Stopped in on a rainy day and it wasn’t too busy. We were seated quickly and put in our beer and food orders. Somehow the food was delivered before the beers. Our server Brandon was amazing and checked with the bar 3 times to see what was going on with our beers. Hopefully bar service isn’t as bad for everyone.

The food was good. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing that was a little bit of an issue was the server. He wasn’t that busy, he just wasn’t that good. In the end when he brought out our ice cream it was pretty much a bowl of milk. I kept on asking him about the ice cream cuz it seemed like it was taking a long time, and he kept on saying oh they’re getting it ready. So it looks like it was sitting in the window for a long time just because he was taking his time.

Great atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. The food is fantastic and selection of draft beers was great. Service was above and beyond. As we were eating, the manager came over and greated us and thanked me for my veteran status.

This place was actually really good. I used to LOVE Ale House when it was in Columbia. When it came downtown Charlotte, eh. But this location here was excellent. All of our food was good. The fries were hot and crispy. The drinks were delicious.
