Pretty good Chinese food. Nice people. A bit spendy. I wouldn’t drive across town for it, but definitely would eat there again if I was nearby. The BBQ pork buns were good and the other portions were generous. The inside of the restaurant is nothing to write home about with a few humble tables to sit at. I’d honestly expect that to be a bit more fancy for the price of the food that’s being charged.

It felt like we were eating a home cooked meal. We had the chefs special w/ pork fried rice, fried shrimp and human beef. And an order of siu Mai, and chives and shrimp dumpling, fried dumpling. Probably a more authentic place than other similar restaurants like this within Vancouver. It’s tough finding good authentic Asian restaurants.

Great all around food to include dim sum.. It’s good to see so many in house made foods. Service was good and the owners, Yen and her husband were both very nice.

My new favorite Chinese take out in Vancouver. I’m surprised it took me this long to find the place. Excellent flavor. Enormous portions. Our order took an hour which isn’t great. We’ll give that a pass. The Kung Pao chicken was excellent. The Szechuan beef was loaded with protein. The broccoli beef was a little on the sweet side but some soy sauce fixed that. The orange chicken is good but not classic. Will be back. Check out my profile for more great cocktail bars and eateries.

A local eatery deserving of a rare 5 star rating from me. You know the food will be great when you enter and the patrons are ethnic! The food is outstanding and fresh. The atmosphere is classic Asian city style. In east Vancouver this is a not miss!

Strongly recommended ~~~ This is definitely the best authentic Chinese restaurant around Portland/Vancouver area. Even though the restaurant is small, it is worth to have dinner in there as the food is delicious!!!! The picture menu shows so many authentic Chinese food which I would never found in any other Chinese restaurants in Vancouver area. I have ordered the traditional sticky rice, and some meat and vegetables for my dinner. I am impressed by how they make the high quality of Chinese food in a small place.

Food was delicious and exactly what we wanted. Very authentic, not too oily or salty which is hard to find around here. We are vegetarians and they did not skimp on tofu, very generous portions!!! Will come back again!!

Ordered takeout. Ordered chef’s special. Appeared to be “special” from several days ago. BBQed pork was just pork with a dribble of sauce over the top. Broccoli Beef was definitely reheated. Tasted slightly scorched. The vegetables that were ordered were watery and mooshy with no seasoning. If I had received my meal in the restaurant, I would have sent it back. Very little was salvageable. A wasted $40 meal. Supported this restaurant through pandemic, but will not be going back very soon.
