I was really disappointed with the customer service here. The staff didn’t properly have on their mask. They seem to be touching everything also working the front and back simultaneously. The food was incredibly salty. The most disappointing part was the size of the thighs. They were only one bite larger than a wing. Once you remove the skin there Is practically no meat on the bone. Doubt I will ever be returning.

Truely Best and Blessed
I placed an order around 11pm and called resturant to tell them I forgot to put the apt number. After waiting for them to finally answer the phone the girl told me twice she couldn’t see my order and then told me to hold while she got her glasses. After she came back all of a sudden thee system is down. I advised her ill call back in 10 minutes to see if it was up. After calling back at this point to just cancel the order at 11:15,11:20, 11:30 no one is answering the phone. Interesting I thought the store closed at 12pm.

It’s sad that 3 out of the 5 times I. Go here the soda and iced tea Machines are empty. Unfortunately at this last visit I went in to get the wing stop hot box. I showed the lady the picture of it, she charged me $15. Only to give me plain dry wings and ofcourse no drink. Honestly it’s my fault for going here. I just won’t go here anymore.

My daughter ordered boneless chicken only to get raw chicken when she bit into it. After calling and speaking to the manager, she was given a credit. I then phoned to explain that we prefer to have the money back on her charge card, the manager stated that they are not responsible and that the third party who delivered the food is. I explained that the delivery service is not responsible for the uncooked chicken and that wingstop was paid for the food. I however lost that conversation with the manager. How do you argue about refunding wen you are responsible for cooking the food. This was wrong. She insisted that she is not responsible and that only a credit was the option or to come back for a better plate. No thanks.. we just don’t trust the service and won’t be visiting again.

This location does not stand by nor compensate their customers for them not receiving their order . I placed an order on the wing stop app and it was never delivered and then we received an email stating the order was cancelled . This is not the first time they have done this to us . I would not recommend this location .
