The manager answered the phone rudely, automatically assumed I wanted to use a coupon that was online only and kept cutting me off when I was trying to place an order and the site was down and that the call center had sent me to this location. Told me rudely that my location was outside of the delivery range and hung up in my face abruptly as I began to ask another question. Just a bit of compassion and active listening could’ve made all the difference in that short interaction.

Just wanted to say thanks for the cold pizza, tastes like it was sitting out for an hour and thank you again for answering the phone when we called to see if it would be better to come pick up said pizza. Thank you so very much for having your staff standing around with the phones on mute. Really you guy are the best. Nobody sends out hour old food like you guys. “Quality check” lasted for 40 mins, with the poor quality food I got I don’t understand why. Waste of money and on Father’s Day nonetheless.
