Overall pretty decent; although I feel like the price of food for what you actually are getting just isn’t necessarily worthwhile in terms of quality/quantity. The food tends to come out piping hot which is the massive bonus; sometimes its over cooked, or too crunchy. Today we got some stuffed mexi tots and a crisp meat burrito. The burrito was burnt; the tots were great though. A good overall stop location if you are wanting something “a little fancier/different” from taco bell just down the way. Just remember this place can get spendy fast! Tots and one crisp meat burrito was 15 bucks!

The food is always good, tastes fresh… though, I believe we could benefit from a bit more of the seasoning in the ground beef (like they did up to just a few years ago). The service is always awesome! The drive-thru is quick, but the dining room (atmosphere) usually feels like a cafeteria.

Very friendly staff. They were all quick to help with giving out condiments. Shared there condiments for free even ranch, where other restaurants charge a dear price for theirs. Service with a smile and so fast. Young men who showed great service. Only help needing work was the bathroom. Someone had issues before me and the area around toilet needed cleaning. Maybe check that more often.

No complaints about the food, Taco Time is as good as it’s always been. But the customer service at the one in The Dalles has REALLY declined in the last couple years. The staff there used to be among the best and friendliest as far as fast food restaurants go, but lately they’re not only doing a very poor job, some of them are downright rude to customers. If you’re in the mood for Taco Time, I’d suggest getting it at another location. If you do get it in The Dalles, DO NOT DRIVE AWAY WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR ORDER THOROUGHLY – IT’S PROBABLY NOT ALL THERE. Very disappointing.

The staff was friendly. The food was delish although we did done in & our mexi fries were cold ❄️ I’ve always gotten a veggie burrito & it had way less beans than usual but stuffed with fresh lettuce mis which was filling but would have liked more beans which does keep me fuller longer than the lettuce. We love taco time though & always have. We could complain about the prices but everything has gone up so there’s that

Food was tasty, however the crisp pinto bean burritos could have been crispier. The building is a little dated but don’t let that detir you because the food was all hot, fresh, smelled wonderful and tasted good. The staff was kind and conversational, the atmosphere was nice. Have not had taco time for a long while, def worth it. 🙂

The place was smelly( felt like an old cooking oil). The salad I ordered had just 3 tiny pieces of chicken and tons of lettuce – wasn’t happy about the whole experience.

It was okay, but not on par with some Taco Times in WA (notably in North Bend and Renton) that are amazing. The crispy taco meal here comes with only one (!) taco for the same price. The service was good though, and it was clean. Minus another star because there is no bathroom, just a port-a-potty outside (see photo). There are two signs on the door listing conflicting opening times (see photos). I think they are open until 10pm…?

The new fish taco was really really yummy and it was only $5.99 but if you were to make it a meal and get the tater tots and a drink or something and then it was another seven dollars approximately and that was ridiculous!
