This is what I expected for a Zaxbys salad. Chicken is warmed, veggies are fresh, didn’t want the toast but I got it anyway and it looks like it should. Drive through moved pretty quickly today so I was happy with that. AND the lady at the drive through was very friendly. I noticed items taken off the menu, hopefully making room for new ones? Bottom line good job Zaxbys.

I give 3 stars not because of the food. But because the drink fountain didn’t work. And no napkins. That was the first time I experienced something like that. The food was good no complaints on that. Just nothing to wipe my hot sauce off my hands with.

The first time I got my food, one tray was barely warm, the other was actively cold. The boneless wings were also absolutely tiny. They did remake it but both times the prep time was so short as to be certain nothing was being made fresh. The second time things were hot enough and the pieces were bigger too. Everything tasted good but too many problems to warrant a better rating

Customer service is trash . Went it last night and got my order in the drive thru , I informed the lady at the window that I ordered large drinks and not small . She replied with “sorry” then closed the window.. so I pulled up and went Inside and explained the situation to an employee who thought we would need a manager to fix it . So they got a manager and they gave me my large drinks while telling me I was wrong and then while I was explaining the situation to the manager she walks away while I’m talking . I called her out on this and said “I see where your employees get the attitude” she said she had to throw something away thus explaining why she just rudely walked away . I don’t expect much from fast food workers but wth

Expensive and the chicken tenders that we ordered we so small. I feel like i paid 12$ for a 6 piece nugget. Very disappointed. Ive had their chicken in the past and it was excellent. But im not sure if they are under new management or have new people but id have never let that chicken leave the store. And i bought multiple meals for the kids also. $50.00 worth next time ill go to Chick-fil-A.
