The food was tasty and the order correct and everything prepared in a timely manner. However, I noticed the sauce was just drizzled on the boneless wings and they weren’t covered in sauce as in the photos. When I inquired about it she told me they just drizzle it on top and don’t coat it. However, on the website they are 100% coated and not drizzled…small thing but people should get what they ordered.

This Papa Johns always does a great job. Pizza is made well and the app makes it super easy. I love the ability to order well ahead of time and pick up when it is convenient for me. Parking lot has plenty of spaces so getting in and out is easy. Overall, highly recommend it. Note – we do take out. I would not go there if I am looking for sit-down dining.

Beverage and sauce weren’t delivered. When I called to follow up, Maddie said it was because their driver wasn’t feeling well at the time of the delivery. What the heck!? And this Maddie doesn’t know what customer service is – she keeps putting me on hold without warning. Very unsatisfied customer here.

Horrible customer service. One of two pizzas I ordered was not delivered (a delivery guy just told me that he got only one pizza from the store). I eventually canceled the undelivered pizza after more than 1.5 hr waiting. A manager told me that he can give me a credit for the canceled order but didn’t do it until now (more than 2 weeks from the time of my order).

Usually great place. Tonight I ordered a pizza that took 2 hours to arrive and was of course cold. Had to re-cook it myself 2 hours for an $18 pizza that cost $30 after delivery fee and tip. I am incredibly disappointed

Literally awful! I waited 40mins to have the pizza made. The delivery time was estimate to be between 10:57-11:07. The send a guy that speaks no f******* English, walked my entire apartment complex looking for this guy and he’s nowhere to be found. I spent 35mins on the phone with this guy trying to make sense of what he was saying and trying to speak to other neighbors trying to help give him directions. Needless to say I did not get my pizza! I called the store to share my experience and all the guy said was I can have another one made and sent out to you in ‘about 20mins’. I cancelled! My first time ordering from papa johns I usually get dominoes and this was my experience. NEVER again! Will never order from this company again and would not recommend you to either! Dominoes is the way to go fast and reliable never any issues ordering with them!
