I was excited for this place but was mostly disappointed. Placed an order on DoorDash for pick-up, but after 25 minutes my order was not being confirmed. I went inside the restaurant (it was around 3 PM) and they confirmed they received my order. I waited another 40 minutes inside the restaurant. From start to finish, the service was terrible. No acknowledgement for the delay or update on my order status. The food spared this review from a one-star rating, even though they forgot to include bbq sauce in my to-go bag.

Was shopping in Novato and searched for some place that had outdoor dining and found this. It had pretty good reviews on Yelp so we thought we’d give it a shot. I have to say, it was just ok to me and not sure that I’d make an effort to come back.

This place is amazing! Tri-Tip sandwich was super tender and juicy. The beers on tap (must have IPA’s) are perfect pairings for the sandwich! Will be back to try the brisket sandwich.

Weekend live music and dancing. Feels like pre-covid. Combo add $6 for one item. Had half spareribs and tri- tip. Sold out pulled pork. Ribs meat was so tender that just using fork to get meat off the bone. The stars go to collard greens and blueberry home made pie. So good.

The brisket was underwhelming. Instead of slices of brisket, I was given a bunch of splintered pieces (I should have asked for slices of the flat though I wouldn’t have been comfortable serving what I was served). Even though I received the point (fatty part of brisket), it was still a bit dry. More greasy than moist.

This was our first experience trying Jerry’s after hearing good things. We also had guests in town visiting. On Friday, 1/28, we ordered 2 orders of smoked chicken wings and 2 platters for pick up. Upon getting home, a handful of the wings looked like they had feathers or hairs on them. We immediately called and spoke with Ryan about this unfortunate and disgusting finding. He said that he would send a gift card for the incident, but he never asked for our contact information. We emailed him pictures of the chicken wings that same night. Despite 2 emails, I have yet to hear back from him via email or a phone call. On top of the non-existent customer service, the remainder of our food was very lack luster. It was an embarrassment to serve this for dinner to our guests. We will not be returning.

Amazing new barbecue spot! I sat on the patio and enjoyed a great beer from the tap and some of the most delicious ribs and sides I’ve had in a long time. Service was fast and friendly, too.
