I have been to this location multiple times but today was the worst visit won’t be back. I went up to the window and they started handing me my mobile order but gave me the wrong donuts because they have no training and don’t know how to read a “classic donut” on a ticket (added a specialty donut that I have an allergy to), fought with us on the ticket when I’ve had plenty of job experience in Dunkin’ Donuts, and to top it off didn’t even get my drink. These workers have no idea what they are doing and I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Was given the wrong order and stated I was allergic to what was given to me. Man tried to mansplain the order to me. It was a single item but keep trying to give me multiple and ignore the fact I’m allergic to the type of donut he kept handing me. They NEED serious training. Poor listening and poor customer service. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food store.

Ordered a medium decaf skim latte with sugar free vanilla sweetener. Received an ice coffee with no sweetener. Asked the girl behind the counter to remake. She was flippant and rude and proceeded to make a latte this time again with NO vanilla sweetener. When I told her that it had no sweetener, she said, “That’s the way we make it, you can go somewhere else!” And rudely walked away. If there is a manager of this store, you should immediately fire this rude girl working for you. It was 4:40pm on Friday afternoon FYI.

When in to but an iced coffee and get the free stuffed biscuit, bites by using my app. But when I went inside, he gave me the coffee and then continued on to help other people while I’m standing here waiting to ask him a question. I asked about it and he sent me to someone else, and he said I would have to buy another coffee to get the free bites. Stay Away. Either they don’t know what they’re doing or they’re ripping people off. Thank you and have a great day.

I bought 3 enegi point for sure I saw it in all the stores and a can of energy drink per glass made, they filled the glass with the product they use to make the mixture up to half of the glass making the purchased product horrible !!

What’s a poor excuse for a business. This is owned by a management firm who owns multiple dunkins. This place had a wait for the reason being, the manager couldn’t figure out where to place employees, The manager yelled at the employees like a dog. Plus she yelled at at least 3 customers telling them to wait or they were wrong.

Ashland store has gone to sh…it. ran out of trays for coffees. 2nd day in a row. Lost sale today. I realize they don’t care because there are 20 people right behind me to patronize, but they didn’t get my business. Total incompetence poor management.

Been here several times. It’s a solid Dunkin location. Does seem like they’re often understaffed. Worst experience was waiting ~10 mins at the counter just to put in 1 hot coffee order. Unfortunately the road leading up to the location is often under construction so it may not be as quick of a stop as you’d like it to be.

The sevice was the worst I’ve experienced from a dunking due to a single employee. she was impatient unbelievably rude and when handed my hot caramel craze late with no caramel no whip cream and cold as ice she responded with “that is as hot as you’re gonna get it”. I will be attempting to report this employee because this dose not seem to be the first time she has be rude. I have read other reviews with similar outcomes.

We ordered egg and cheese and vanilla creme donuts. Order was messed up, cheese was not melted on eggncheese and they gave some other jelly donut in place of vanilla creme donuts. We checked after coming home and tried calling store no one answering phone and no voicemail either. Better stay away from this store.
